Fix your store hours! Been there several times and no one is there... What a waste of real estate

Wow! I just went to this location to get home internet. Shahid made my day! I was greeted with a smile. His knowledge of the various plans helped me save money by switching to a plan better suited to my usage. Thankyou Shahid. I highly recommend this location for all you ommunication needs.

My old phone stopped working in December so I went to Fido at Elmvale. Mr. Fawzi was absolutely amazing. He quickly got me set up with a new phone and transferred all my apps and info to the new cell even though this meant staying after closing time. I had to return last week because I had lost my phone and again, he went entirely out of his way to help. Excellent and impressive customer service!!

I went to this store to modify my plan (which can not be done over the phone). When I called the store back to get clarification, the sales rep accused me of calling him to waste his time. He was down right rude and kept referring me as brother" . I am not his brother

Not open during stated operation hours. Waited 30 minutes and still no one showed up. Managers phone number on the door is useless when I am there because my phone is not working...

I had the best experience at this store I had a lovely lady named Tiffany help me out I was so confused on how to get a good phone with a good plan as iam an older man and do not know how to do theses things she helped me out with explaining the bill and the plan for me she even showed me how to use the phone as I don’t have anyone at home to help me iam an old single man every question I asked this lovely lady she answered for me she was so very nice and friendly and always smiling thank you so much Fido and a big thank you to you Tiffany for the wonderful service and experience. Keep up the great work best worker I have seen at this place in a long time. :)

I came two times on their working schedule and store was not open and they had no sign there why they are close and when they will open . Very irresponsible management .

Worst operator to get in canada. Never believe in any mobile purchase deals or loyalty discount. Probably kind of a scam. They provide billing according to their wish not according to they explain the plans. If Google allows I would definitely go with 0 star. Review according to personal experience

So far I have to experience the worst customer service not only from their store agent but also for the online service I ask to put hold on my service cause I lost my job they told its okay and then booomm at the end of month I am being charged for internet i didn’t use how awful is that I swear to God FIDO IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER ONLY INTERESTED IN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF SHAME ON FIDO, Honest to God the Government should revoke this company licence their business is based on LIES, STEALING FOR PPL, PLEASE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA DO SOMETHING FOR CANADIANS WE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF, NEEDS TO STOP

Lousy service. I was waiting, yet some customers will come and claim that they just need something fast. The agent would go serve them. However it turns out that what the customer needs was not fast. I was ignored because I did not use the trick that what I needed was fast. If you need service just go there and say you need something fast. The owner of the franchise may regret hiring this agent.
