The staff at the front desk are very friendly, those who got Dr. K Chan knows that she is simply the best doctor Toronto has ever known. My family and I are very lucky to have her as a family doctor. Thanks a lot for what you are doing.

I visited Dr. Ruben Ambartsumian. First of all I want to say that he is not really a doctor! There is a feeling that he does not want to help. Very rude talk. Makes me feel stupid. In short, stay away from him. Disgraces his profession!! Shame on you! Told me that because I'm young I should have blood tests every 5 years!! really?? Let him tell that to his children!!!

Supposed to be open at 9. Was there for 15 minutes calling the number provided on the door. Had to knock the door and book a phone consult. I don't know how u can do a phone consult for back pain. Ended up going to the walk in across the street in superstore where I did see a doctor and got help. Dr.Chan is a great doctor but the system going on there is terrible. Anyway I got help so you can cancel my appointment because the phone is still going straight to voicemail

I had only best experience with their doctors but not reception. Every single time I’m calling there is no chance to get reached of them. They are open from 9 am but now is 11.20 and receptionists (all 3 of them perhaps) didn’t turn the office line back from the recording night mode. Keep sending me to the voice mail “sorry, our office is currently closed”. Called 7 times during the year for different reasons and happened 5 times the same story. The latest “opening” they did was 1 pm (great job! When it’s only 4 hours of their shift left). Ones I called their office number while being there and showed what’s going on. No reaction. No apologies. No matter I drove there 115 km (one way!!!) just to pick up my records as their office number was on the night mode as usual.Hopefully management is reading this.

I have been trying to reach out the receptionist for the whole week. I left many voice messages and asked to call me back too. No one answered and no one called me back. I need a prescription for the medication and it’s urgent!!! I have a schedule when I have to take the medication. I am totally dissatisfied with this careless service of the hospital workers!!!

The medical team in this location are amazing. Kim & Ivana go out of their way to help patients like me. I been in pain for awhile, Dr. Kate Chung & Dr. Feyeles (ob/gyn) made sure they found the cause. It's all because of vital & great team of doctors and their assistants. Thank you guys, really glad you're all helpful, professional and very kind!!
