I've bought several items at the trinity location. The salesman are always nice but the moment you need to return anything everything changes. They never ever allow you to return an item....they pull out the fine print on the back of the bill or make up an excuse. I will never ever shop there again. They have lost a good customer

Brian from 2001 Audio Video at Trinity Commons Mall was very knowledgeable and great at selling me a Hisense QLED tv on Christmas Eve 2021. He was able to explain all of the programs offered by the store but was not pushy. The television that I purchased is of good quality and doesn't have any problems. The picture quality for the television with Dolby Vision is superb and easy to set up for home use.

Karnav did an excellent job helping me demo multiple speakers. He was patient, gave me time to think it over and provided honest feedback which was in line with what I was hearing. Brian also provided some good insight regarding his experiences with different products and accessories which helped guide my decisions as I was building my system. They honoured a price drop on the speakers I purchased almost a month later!I am extremely happy with the service and the speakers.

Had a great experience thanks to Brian, answered my questions online and in person about all things Sonos, super knowledgable, passionate and helpful. Pricing was great and product selection was great as well but highlight was Brian's passion and knowledge and even staying open a bit later to ensure I got everything I needed!

DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!!! We purchased a home theatre, and we weren't getting any sound from the speakers so we decided to return it THE NEXT DAY. Upon arriving to the store the manager started to meticulously inspect all the items and told me that the speakers had fingerprints on them and 1 little nick on 1 speaker which for all either of us know could have been sold to us that way. So now he says he is going to charge me a 15% restocking fee (approximately 50$!!!). They sell items that don't work and then they charge you if you want to return them!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

We recently purchased a sound bar from these guys. They were very professional and informative. The sound bars were set up in such a way that you could switch back and forth between different units while listening to the same sounds which was instrumental in making our choice.We were at a competitor's location prior to visiting 2001 Audio Video and the guy was trying to sell us a unit that wasn't even on display.Keep up the good work 2001! We'll be back and I hope everyone else will be too

Never buy a tv from these guys big time ripoff and scammers. I purchased a tv from them back in 2012 and was told if I don’t use the warranty I can use the amount I paid for the warranty towards a new purchase when I’m ready to upgrade have all my receipts and everything. Called today and was given multiple excuses as to why I can’t use it : they apparently did not start this buyback program until the end of 2012 but somehow I was told the cost of warranty would be able to be used towards a later purchase when I purchased the tv at the end of August 2012. (Conveniently they didn’t start program until a few months later but somehow I was told about it) Secondly I was told that the credit is only valid for one year after the warranty expires so I should’ve upgraded then not 5 - 6 years later. Then the associate tried to get me to come into the store to buy a new tv. They will say anything to get a quick sale never wasting my money here again and neither should anyone else.

I had purchased Television and they had also mentioned that there is a cash back warranty of $ 300.00 plus tax which if not used during the time period will be returned back to you. Now when I had went to take back my warranty money back they told me i have to purchase any item worth $ 600 and its written behind the Invoice. Now can someone tell me do they hand over the Invoice before paying to check what is written behind or after paying the Invoice is handed over??? It is completely cheating and fraud to push warranties on you and then turn y our back on the customers.

Aside from lying salesmen about their availability (they said they are there all the time and were nowhere to be found when I came two more times. I was there for over an hour and a half one time and half an hour the following weekend.) and the occasional long wait times to get an associate for help, this place still gets a good review. They were very patient and helpful and went over and above my expectations for pickup of the product that I purchased. Item looks and sounds amazing. Thank you!
