Today 2 Ramkey trucks rolled up outside my house at 9:30am. They disconnected my Internet (I watched them). This is the second time they did it this week and they didn't provide notice - just disconnected me. I called in, Stuart said that my home is causing feedback into their network - it would have been nice to get a heads up, or have someone come and FIX the root cause of the issue and not simply disconnect me. My wife works from home and has lost 4 days of work this week because you just decided to take down my home internet.
