I have been purchasing prescription glasses from William for many years, back when this shop was called Ivan Optical. I needed a new pair of reading glasses, and fell in love with this ultra-lightweight titanic design from Charmant, a Japanese brand. The bonus? They were purple, and William was able to save me $$$ by inserting my old lens! I also appreciated that William worked with my budget! The glasses were ready in two days! I absolutely love them

My vision health is very important to me, if it also is important to you then stop by Icon.They have been my opticians for over a decade, and I would not consider changing.Christina not only remembers my taste in frames, but she is willing to go the extra mile to keep me looking cool.I can not recommend them enough.

My family has been getting their glasses here for years and there’s a reason why. A woman called Susan helped us and even when we didn’t first intend on making a purchase she was incredibly helpful and kind. When we came back later for the purchase she was also helped us navigate issues with insurance. Overall a really welcoming store with amazing staff and products, with price points that ranges and provides a variety of eyewear. Highly recommend coming here! This is the frame I will be getting next week, can’t wait!

REVIEW 1: My Lindberg and Zeiss combo finally arrived and I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism offered at this store. They are also one of the few stores that actually pick up the phone and call you back to provide timely follow up. I left the store in a hurry after picking up the glasses and forgot the original Lindberg cleaning cloth and they immediately called me.REVIEW 2: Based on the excellent service, I ordered my second pair of Lindberg but a different frame style and with the Zeiss Photofusion lens and the service is just as good. The lens came with a small defect from the Zeiss Lab and the staff immediately reported it to Zeiss Canada for a prompt replacement.

I was hesitant on coming here because of the bad reviews but was recommended by a friend. William helped me with picking out frames at my price point and found a pair I really liked he is very patient and kind. They texted and called when they were ready and I was received by Jason when I arrived. He was amazingly nice and courteous and took the time to make sure the glasses fit properly before I left. Amazing service and great selection at all price ranges.

Came back here today with glasses I had gotten nearly 2 years ago and they helped my replace the broken frame through warranty! Super happy with the service!

This place may have comparable prices for their great selection of styles and brands, but I strongly believe they offer some of the best service and experience compared to the competition.I have come back numerous times asking for help and assistance, and they have always been there to help through many different staff members.The quality of support does not change from before and after the point of sale. The patience they have when answering my questions and providing all the options available for lens and frame, to the after service of bringing my glasses in for adjustments or warranty and repair has always been a very helpful experience. Kelvin and Christina has always took the time to make sure everything im looking for is nothing less than perfect.I dont quite understand some of the negative feedback posted, perhaps they never gave them the chance or time to better explain and help.I have been here for years and will continue to be back. You can buy optical products everywhere you look, however the help I need will always be found here.Thank you ICON.
