We just went there today, and asked for some water, then we ordered food and filled the cups with a drink. So, the girl who was working there said in a very rude tone that those cups are for water. So, we paid for the drink, which had unlimited refills but she did not even give us the drink cup. And when we were leaving, refilling that cup again, she said in a very rude tone that, Are you girls serious?" So we just said that we are refilling and she was being rude for no reason. We told her that even if it was our fault

Didn't like the service at all .. the female crew didn't know how to talk with customers .. she was very very rude .. how can someone be so rude with a customer at such a big franchisee like this . The food was good but just because of the service I won't recommend this to anyone.

Not liking the new menu is an understatement. I definately prefered when I didn't have to tell them not to add anything to it, I want to choose my own toppings. I've also noticed the bread has shrunk in size. So I'm now paying more for less. It's supposed to be have it my way, not a pre-made menu that I have to tell them not to use every time I go in. I know this isn't just this one. It is a subway wide issue. New ideas were welcome...a whole concept and menu change tho? Not for me.

Had to explain to the employee how she contaminated the bread with uncooked meat, and I didn't want her to use the contaminated bread to make my sandwich. Neither employee understood what I was saying until a customer behind me said, he doesn't want the contaminated bread. I couldn't make myself any clearer, I have my doubts either employee had a basic grasp of food safe or the English language.

I did a pick up order from the app. The person who made my sandwich should not be referred to as a 'sandwich artist'. There were a ton of veggies (I didn't ask for extra) that just seemed slapped in and were spilling out. I wish I hadn't pre-tipped. I had to re-make it when I came back to my hotel room.

Place was clean and food was fresh and delicious as usual, however the worker paid so little attention to what my husband and I asked for that we each had to repeat most of our order multiple times. A little disappointing.
