I went to this place few times, prior to covid and after covid. I would not recommend this place for microdermabrasion. The first time i got this treatment, I was told by the asthetician she would only be working on my forehead and for other problem area of my face I have to book more apt. It was a package that was offered for valentines day. She did not even spend 10 min on my face. So, along with the discounted price, quality of treatment diminished. Nevertheless, I did not post any negative comment because realistically with reduced pricing, expectation cannot be high. I made the mistake of giving this place another chance so went in for microdermabrasion recently; same unhappy experience. Originally my apt was booked for 11:30am (11:30am-12:30pm) but when I called the day before to confirm and inform apt shouldn’t be delayed as I have to return to work, I was informed by the booking person that ‘save’ button was not pressed hence no apt was booked at all initially. I was then offered a new apt time at noon but this created conflict with my work schedule. So, I informed booking person I will be coming for short treatment (30 min) from 12pm to 12:30pm. Prior to booking this apt, I enquired about pricing as well. Due to gross negligence in scheduling, apt was booked for 30 min which is fine but I ended up paying regular price though the duration of treatment session (regular 60 min) was shorter than even groupon treatment time (30min). I reached there 11:45pm. I was placed in the room right away. Asthetician (pleasant lady) came in at 11:55pm, cleaned my face quickly and began treatment, by 12:07pm she was all done, applied mask and left the room. By 12:15 pm, I was done with making payment and out of the place. I politely paid asking fee and left. Please note I already prepared my skin for this treatment session. My face was clean. Only 6 min was spent on actual procedure of microdermabrasion for exfoliation as I was timing each step. Exfoliation is the core part of this procedure. Since the apt duration was shorter (due to their booking error), I should have paid discounted (Groupon price) but instead I was charged full price. In fact, I have gotten microdermabrasion treatment from other beauty spa clinics before and they will first inform customer what procedure will be done and how much time will be spend on each step. My previous beauty spa experience; a good 30 min for actual procedure (at least 3 times asthetician will go over the face) and remainder 30 min for minor extraction, cleaning and mask application. I am very disappointed. I will never go to this place again. Only positive thing I can say, Kayla did a decent job for microneedling when I went there few years back. Hope this review helps someone when choosing spa clinics.

I have been going to this place for over 6 months now for my facial hair laser removal. Kayla is absolutely amazing. She knows her job so well. I started seeing results after my first appointment. She has recommended me some magical products and they are working for me. I have been to other places as well but this place has best service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get any skin related service.

I had fractional laser done..very pleased with the first 2 sessions, so I purchased 2 more.. Kathy my technician was very knowledgeable with the laser treatment and outcomes. I have seen a dramatic reduction with my hyper-pigmentation.. highly recommend this spa.

I have been coming to this spa for over six months now. I had acne and skin congestion issues, Kayla suggested a few peels followed by microdermabrasion, and now my skin looks much better. The staff (especially Kayla) is kind and patient and offers treatment according to the issue; I love coming here and recommend this spa to anyone who is suffering from pigmentation and acne issues.

I had an amazing experience here and fantastic results. I went prior to Covid so appointments were not always consistent due to the legal restrictions but they also had me booked and ready when they were able to do so. I had 7 sessions with them and saw amazing results. I strongly recommend to anyone that wants laser to go here I went to another laser place and the overall experience was terrible compared to here and the results were not the same even with the same amount of appointments. One of the best!! I bought Groupon voucher and was afraid because some people treats Groupon clients differently but to my surprise their service was excellent. Place was cleaned and sanitized.I think my esthetician name was Kathy or Kayla (forgot) but she was sweet, polite, explained everything in details and now I see improvement in my texture. I only got one fractional laser done and would go for more. Certainly I recommend them!!I have even asked my friends to go there because they really do an amazing job.

This place is phenomenal! My laser technician Kathy makes the process so efficient, convenient, smooth, and so quick! Without her my process wouldn't be so enjoyable. She helps me book appointment times that work with my hectic schedule and sends me reminders when my appointment date is near, even on the day of. The care and nurture she has for every single customer is outstanding. She makes a hair removal session go by like it's nothing. I’ve never seen such exceptional customer service.If your looking for laser hair removal or any spa treatment definitely go to Absolute spa!

Came in today for the first time Amal is amazing she’s literally the best when I walked in I was scared and nervous but she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Definitely will recommend for friends and family
