Account was billed for the payment three months ago, and they still have not restored access to it. I cannot access my fuel, mileage reports, and Ifta is fining my company. I have called and emailed BigRoad over a dozen times. Even emailed them the paid invoice. They respond by saying call the one 800 number for Billings and it's been two months. No one will answer the phone. I have used BigRoad for three years and all of a sudden this happens. Stay away it is not worth the stress.

Having issues with odometer readings for couple months already and no one can fix this issues. Logs detect too many truck records that drivers has impossible miles on logs. All I hear is to do update of the app , or this pointless resets which does not help. They should hire some professional tech, since support will tell you same thing all over again. They trying to convince you it truck fault all the time. So what we should do ? Sell all trucks.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! We got our new devices and connected them to only learn they are not compatible with our vehicles. I gave the model and vin numbers to the sales rep, so I feel as if he should know if his equipment would work on our vehicles. I have sat on hold for hours only to get cut off, been asked to leave messages and the voicemail box is full. I have emailed asking for help and begged to speak to my sales rep and he will not return our calls. BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!! We have paid $1,000.00 for equipment we can't use and we are unable to return it because no one willanswer our calls or emails. Please don't respond asking me to call the 1-888 number ext 1...I have wasted hours listening to the horrible jazz music already.EDIT: I received three phone calls this morning. The last promised a phone call back at the end of the day with either a fix or a way to return with a full refund...I have not heard back and we are closing in 1 min. Unfortunately I feel like the only way I can reach Big Road is through google reviews. I would much rather handle this with a phone call but not one will answer.Update: 5/17/18 Big Road was unable to help us. We have sent our merchandise back and were told we would have a refund in 3 weeks. We have yet to receive the refund.

This company is a nightmare! Their ELD system is not working for team drivers, so we asked for a refund. After hundreds of emails and phone calls, they told me that I will not get any refunds and that I also need to pay for the device because I did not return it (which was not true and I also had proof). Stay away! This is a Canadian company that outsourced their services in India and should not work in the US because it does not have the ethics standards! I also emailed FMCSA and informed them that the ELD system does not follow the standards for team drivers!

Just a piece of advice. We are a small trucking company who signed on with Big Road for our ELD Devices because NASTC said they were the best. We found out immediately that they are not. They said we would be set up on a month to month basis where we would receive an invoice and could pay by check....that was not what happend. The sales rep messed up the address for delivery and we did not receive the devices for two months in which time we received no invoice and they charged our credit card three times. We found out that they forged a signature for a contract with them and charged our credit card for a total amount of $1,093.50 and we never received any services from them at all. When trying to return the devices to cancel everything so that we could settle matters professionally, Big Road would not respond until I finally just had to cancel our credit card and dispute the charges through our credit company. I do not suggest signing on with them if you have five or more trucks. They will trap" you in a contract that you never signed and then

It says I drove 303 miles/488 kms when I drove just over ... all these warning pop up...trying to resolve it...I am on hold for 30 minutes.Prior to that..payment was made and it showed as not paid until I called to resolve it.I am paid now for a year...I wish I didn't renew.The funny thing is I know Tony Lourakis from when he was a kid

The software has a lot of bugs that are not taken care of by the technical support team.Having large fleet and a little thing like adding a new employee driver to be able to complete inspection and operate the trucks becomes a nightmare with same error that cannot be addressed by the company. Currently on the market to find a better product.

terrible company, they keep using the same excuse that they are having a large volume of calls. It's no wonder because there are so many issues with this app. In the past months I have left several messages to not only the tech dept but to sales staff and my customer service rep. None have been returned. I tried emailing, no response.Before I signed my fleet on I would hear from them all the time, they returned calls and emails pronto. They were quick to take my money but once they have the contract and money no one really wants to talk to you anymore. Read the reviews of all the elog companies before you decide,wish I did.I'll be moving my fleet before this year ends.

I wish i read the reviews here before.The worst company ever. Customer service is sucks. We purchased their eld. Spoke to them before the purchase many times, asked questions. Once we received the device and tried it for a day we realized many issues with it. We contacted them right away made a claim on november 29th and we wanted to return this. Since then can not reach anybody on billing. If you call them it tells you they are currently closed even if it is within business hours. Spoke to technical support( this is the only way you can speak to somebody) and they can only say that someone will contact us and they are short staffed. So since november 29th, nobody called us back. Of course they are quick to sell you the product but if you have issues, nobody cares. Conclusion: DO NOT BUY THEIR ELD!!!!

Bad customer service. I called to cancel the account when we closed our business and was told to just wait till it’s do for renewal and I would get an email and that will be the time to cancel and return the devices. I never received an email and they went ahead and automatically renewed the account and charged my card over $1000. They would not make it right and refund the money even though I didn’t use their services for like 6 months. I would definitely recommend to not have your payment information on file with them so you don’t get robbed like I did. And if you think that is an acceptable way of doing business go ahead and try them.
