Experior Tiles is a great resource for hardwood. Their selection helped us to find what we needed, and in the end we loved it in our house. As well, their prices are competitive with other stores. We ended up with some challenges in our installation, from the contractor’s plans, and Ammina came through for us, and jumped through some hoops, to help us get what we needed quickly. The customer service here, and the friendly, laid-back team makes for an all-around good experience.

This is the best tiles and floor installation store in all Calgary area.! Rightly said “Great service comes from great people”.! This family owned business is just beyond the business related routine. Being in different province they service they catered to me is beyond the words. Amina has the best customer service and managerial skills. Aman and Sukhi have a great team in town for any floor related service. “ONE STOP SHOP”Reasonable price and genuine opinion.

The store is wonderful also they have amazing tiles and the employees help you get the perfect tile for you. Also they had gave us their best service and all the tiles they have are high quality and they are multiple choices you can chose from they don’t just do tiles they do floors/hardwood and carpet but I don’t think they put tiles on your home but pretty sure you need a tile/carpet guy to put it in your home. Overall I give it 100 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I honestly do not believe this place wants anyone's business. I am certainly confused as to how it is even still in business. Days and days of trying to reach someone to place an order. Even when you are in the store you cannot get help. Samples never arrive, the phone is in a constant state of busy". I was able to order some tile direct from the supplier and bypass this place. If I was you I wouldn't even look at what they have to offer to spare yourself any disappointment in not being able to order it.Update in response to business reply:. I did use the secondary number and was repeatedly told someone would call me back in ten minutes. That was over a week being told that. My contractor also directly called and went in with the same poor customer service and response."

I ordered carpet and got pieces of left overs. After so many calls and emails for about 1 month, I got to separate carpets that only fit my 2 bedrooms. And for 1 bedroom, we needed to stick pieces together. They have so many excuses to bring me left overs, oh, we made errors, truck stacked , manufacturer has some issues, and so on. Be careful with carpet measurements, and their sweet talks and excuses. I did not order pieces of carpets. I ordered 500 square feet to come all in one measurements. Our bedrooms were 425 square feet and we ordered extra to have space for cutting. If we have gotten full carpet all square feet together, our order was more than enough.
