I get a mani/pedi only once in a while, I've been going to this nail salon for over 10 years; I've never had my nails done anywhere else. I've always had a good experience until a few weeks ago.I went for a mani/pedi and the woman who did my nails butchered my cuticles and cut so deep into the skin on the side of my nails. Some of my cuticles were bleeding, and for the next 1-2 days they were sore whenever I washed my hands.She also clipped deep down vertically on the sides of my toe nails, and when I told her it was hurting she said I had ingrowns and kept on clipping and pulling(I've never had an ingrown toenail in my life). She clipped one of them so badly that it was swollen, painful and infected for more than a week afterwards.This is the only nail salon I've ever gone to and now I'm hesitant to go back for fear of getting this same technician again.

First time visit and the experience was great. I came in hoping to do some simple design on my short nails and the end result was amazing! Very reasonable price as well - looking forward to come back soon.

Got my nails done here and when I told the lady that one nail is messed up and if she can fix it for me, she told me it was my fault that i moved and did not offer to fix it at all. On top of that, I booked an appointment for 4:00, made me wait until 4:35 to get started. Not coming back again.

I had a great experience today at this salon.Kathy did a fabulous job on my pedicure and shellac manicure. I gave her a picture of what I was looking for, and she improved on it. I appreciate the calm of this location and the efficient, clean environment.

I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years now. I booked an appointment for 4:30pm. After waiting a while the lady took me in, got me started, she left me for 45 mins to complete another customers nails who came after me. Prior to completing my nails I confirmed that getting shellac colour (no manicure) would be $25 and designs are an additional charge of $10. As I was paying a different lady charged me $50. When I questioned it she was very rude and told me it was the complexity of design and length it took to do them. It only took 45 minutes for her to paint my nails, but she had me seated waiting for double the time. Never once did any of the employees clarify the cost of the design due to the complexity (even when I showed them the photo). Overall, the charge should’ve been 35 dollars and they charged me 50. I have gotten the same design several times done in the past year and it was never 50 dollars.

Visited here for the first time today , and gosh , Kathy did such an amazing job. Hands down , very clean , patient , and concise work.This is the only place i am getting my nails done from now on.
