Prices have gone up at Keewatin location. Drive thru service was agonizingly slow. There is never enough chocolate in the peanut buster parfait...

Good location. Parking is available all around the restaurant. This dairy queen location is drive thru so it's one of the added advantage. I like the restaurant menu items are same as others are. There is patio available to sit. Customer service is not bad but I found washrooms were not good. It feels like they were not cleaned from long time.

I purchased 2 large blizzard’s for get one for a loonie day. The cashier incorrectly rang our order and did not apply the discount. After confirming the error, we were told payment went through and got pushed aside for the next customer. No credit offered and no apology. Despicable service, would leave 0 stars.

Came in with a 6-item order: 2 Oreo blizzards, 2 strawberry cheesecake blizzards, a blizzard of the month and a strawberry shake. It was super busy when we got there and there was a long lineup both inside and in the drivethrough, so I was expecting a wait.After placing my order, I waited for twenty minutes. Everyone in the drivethrough was served, as well as a half dozen people that came in line after me. Finally I went up to the counter to discover that not only had they not even started my order, they had cleared it as having been completed and were never planning to make it.When they did finally start making it, only one staff made the order and another four stood in the kitchen chatting.I understand that it's getting nice out again, so things will be busier than usual, and that lots of staff are new, but this was ridiculous and very frustrating.We were offered an apology that seemed more embarrassed than apologetic, but no staff seemed to take credit for the mistake, and clearly nobody was interested in rectifying it.

The staff have always been kind every time I come here. Today especially, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service. We came on a Saturday evening so it was understandably busy. But a worker (sorry I didn’t catch his name) still took the time to approach us and asked if we needed any help as we were browsing the cakes. He also offered a “happy birthday” stand (free) since the cake was too small for writing. I just didn’t expect the extra service, especially during a rush, so it’s much appreciated :)

Came in for a birthday cake. When we couldn't find one we liked the owner came and asked if we needed help. He made us a cake with my step daughters picture and writing on it. Took 15 minutes and looked amazing. We were very happy with the service he provided.
