Hair Plus

The first 2 times my boyfriend got a haircut and perm here it was great! But the third and fourth visit was horrible. The lady burned his hair so he had to wait for months for his hair to grow out again and the fourth visit he just wanted to cut off the burned hair. He asked for his hair to be cut in the same style as it already was but the guy fully ignored his instructions, cut his hair way too short and even though he asked for a middle part, the worker ignored his requests again and did a side part. We are just very disappointed about how requests are being ignored at this hair salon. They seem to just do what they like.

Had my haircut done by Matthew today. Had a great first experience! He has very good attention to detail and makes sure you are satisfied with his work. Exceptional service, providing hair wash and styling, along with eyebrow trimming too. Place is also very clean and modern.

260 dollars for a basic perm and for smaller rods it’s up charged 80 dollars on top……. This was by far the biggest rip off I’ve seen. The curls were awful, they didn’t put enough rods in my hair. seems like they were rushing not caring for the attention to detail of cutting hair, they kinda do whatever they feel like!!!! Witch is absolutely not okay. Personally you could go to some of the top stylists in this city or surrounding towns for much cheaper!!!

Hair cut + styled by Kay! She was attentive when I asked for layers and not too short bangs, and she made sure to clarify the length and style with me before cutting. First hair salon where I’ve felt listened to beforehand and she did a really good job. Definitely come here, esp if you have Asian hair in need of a cut :)

I got a haircut here for the first time a few weeks back with Annie and I was surprised! I have been looking for a place that has experience cutting Asian hair and I believe I will be coming back here. I came 30 minutes early to my appointment and there were no problems with that. I requested for some wispy side bangs and layers and Annie did her best to adjust my request to the shorter length I wanted.What surprised me was the fact that I had my hair styled to match the photo I showed although I did not book for a styling and was still only charged for a haircut. I really appreciated that! I have never experienced that elsewhere. Bonus that they also play K-pop.

The staff here are amazing; very reasonably priced and I've been impressed with the way they layered my hair every time. I've never felt happier with how my hair looks! :)
