BEWARE!!!! They will steal your money!!!!I would not even give this company a rating of 1. They have stolen our money and refuse to give it back. $70000…. They have had this money for over a year. They will not answer our calls and have continually given us a run around. We have been ready to proceed with 2 different houses but continually hear excuses. We are not the only ones who have experienced this. Please read the BBB reviews. I wrote one but was told by this company that if I took down my review we would get our money. We still have not seen a dime. They have stolen our retirement plan and caused extreme stress in our lives. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Please contact me if you have had a similar situation.

Wades House Moving moved an historic ranch house into the EID Historical Park in Scandia, Alberta. The expert advice we received as we prepared for the move was most helpful and the move went perfectly. The beautiful old craftsman style catalogue house has now been completely restored and is open for visitors.

Had a few delays, but overall the experience was good. From the wonderful office staff to the amazing team of gentlemen who expertly placed our home on the foundation, it was a pretty good experience. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sadly Wade’s moving pushes jobs back for numerous months even after being paid for the job! Hopefully my friends house will get moved prior to the snow since they have moved their family of 5 into a camper for the last serval months when their home was suppose to be delivered!!! Now it’s a waiting game with Wade’s since no date is actually set in stone ever! Get with the program Wade’s this family needs their home!

Absolute thieves. The deposit system is insanity. We placed a deposit to look at a home in December 2022. Let's clarify a garbage property that was listed as a 4 bedroom and was actually a three bedroom. Had it been listed correctly we wouldn't have even bothered. Fast forward February 15th 2023 after repeated emails and calls and it's in the mail, STILL NO return of our refund. DO NOT deal with this company.

Jaylene was great to work with! We saved a home together.Worked best for us since we didn't have to go through with the demo process and tare the house down. Thanks for all your help!

We had Wade's House Moving move our large 2200sqft, one and half storey historical home a few years back. It was a challenging move due to size of the home and steep roof pitch, many miles through the countryside. Wade, Rudy and their crews were amazing. This difficult hillside move went off seamlessly. Jaylene was a pure pleasure to deal with on the phone, lining up every detail of the move. We have recommended them many times to friends and family and we will continue to do so. This is a family to trust with your next big move.

From what I can tell they are scammers, and this behaviour has only occurred in recent years. First, from personal experience, deadlines have been pushed back constantly. Second, they were revoked from the BBB. Do not deal with this company, or any company without BBB accreditation. I wish I listened to reviews like this rather than trying to save money in the long run! Broken promises.Edit after their response: notice how they didn’t address the BBB thing. They also are saying “we have operated for a long time, so our business is trust worthy.” It only takes 1 year for a business to go bad. All of the most recent reviews are the same. I don’t care if you have a long history, your business has gone downhill since COVID.

Wade and his crew did a good job with the house move; they were very professional. They had some set backs for awhile. Tyler and Jaylene, in the office,got it all figured out the best they could and made the move happen as quick as they could. The crew was good and thorough with setting the house down. They made sure erverything was good and we were happy before leaving location. Very happy with the work Wade's did and dealing with them was very easy.

BUYER BEWARE: The contract signed was totally one sided, to Wade’s advantage, with the dates TBD.BUYER BEWARE: The deposit money paid was NOT held in a trust account but instead became part of their operating capital. This makes refunds very difficult to get.BUYER BEWARD: The Better Business Bureau has revoked Wades membership because of the number and nature of complaints they have received.We purchased a house from Wades in March, 2022. We were told the house would be delivered in August or September. In July, 2022 we cancelled the contract when it became clear to us the house would not be located on our site before freeze up. The house was then sold a second time. We still did not receive our refund. Finally, after many excuses and delays, and with help from our bank, we did get a full refund. Our deposit was finally repaid, by installments, at the end of May 2023, almost a year later. It has been a stressful difficult year and we were never sure we would get our money back.We would never do business again with this company unless they had a fair contract, a clear contractual timeline, all deposit money is held in trust by a lawyer and we hold a percentage of the sale price back to cover any problems with the move.
