Leon's Furniture Truro

Bought a couch had to call within a couple weeks because the couch was craking and springs were already popping out of place. They came a couple times and kept rescrewing the couch together using drywall hooks and when I called about that I was told I shouldn't have bought a Chinese couch. Had to keep the couch as it was couple years later it just fell apart. Thats what a 1700$ couch will get you from Leon's. Highly suggest you buy from a company that sells or replaces reputable brands.

The fridge and the freezer arrived on the schedule day to my house and were in perfect condition. The three workers set up the appliances in my house and took good care bring them inside. Excellent service from Leon's.

Went to look at refrigerators . No high pressure sales. Made the visit very enjoyable. Found our sales lady Emma and made a purchase .

Over the years, we have purchased many items from Leon's in Truro, large appliances, furniture, etc., with no problems.Called in yesterday looking for a sofa or sectional for our rec room. The lady who looked after us was very pleasant and we eventually decided to purchase two sofas.Reading the attached label, it said 'price includes delivery'. The assistant told us that it only applied to local delivery and it would be $99 to bring it up to where we lived. We said it was a bit misleading and should really say 'price includes local delivery' which she agreed with.We asked if there was any way the fee could be waived and she said she would speak to her Manager. This is when it all went wrong.I don't know the Manager's name, but he could definitely benefit from a course in customer service.When we mentioned the labels being misleading, he said 'That's what I'm here for, to tell you what should be on there'. When we pressed him on the fact he said 'Welcome to Corporate America' before throwing his hands in the air and walking off.His arrogance was astounding.As we walked out, the assistant continued to apologize. We won't be back.First

Ordered a sectional with delivery. They said they would be there between 1030-1230 and were there at 1045 which is great. It was a veeeeery tight squeeze to get it down our stairs which included a corner. The three guys were amazing and did everything to make it work. Took off a door...did some jenga magic and made it fit. They were great!

Sadly I bought a Samsung fridge and stove, the fridge was delivered but I’m still waiting for my stove. Sales guy was good
