This pharmacist is amazing!!! I developed a cold sore that was super painful and wasn't able to get an appointment with my GP till mid January :( I had a friend from work reccommend this pharmacist who is able to prescribe some medications. I popped over at lunch to see him, and he was SO HELPFUL!! Had a slight issue with my work benefits (we are changing companies and I just had bad timing) so he found me something that was relatively cheap that I could submit once I got that straightened out; we chatted about a few other things that I am taking, and when I told him about the terrible experices I had had with my previous pharmacy, he was so considerate! I honestly will be transferring all of prescriptions over to him, and working with him as long as he is around! Solid 10/10

The pharmacists are awesome. There isn't one better than another. I have dealt with Phil the most and he is super knowledgeable. Jay is great too. Very patient and eases my mind with any questions I have. Tyler is great too. He seems to know his job. Which helps the pharmacists council patients.

This is more like a small town pharmacy.Extremely friendly and helpful staff.They help me and my family out when times are tough which is always appreciated.Definitely the best pharmacy in Red Deer.Top notch customer service and the owner and staff care deeply about their customers and community.You've got a customer for life, thanks Phil!

I just had surgery and didn’t get much help or information at the hospital:/ but stopped in at my local IDA in Johnston and DR. Phil went above and beyond for me giving me information and the medication I need to a fast recovery… I’ve been so uncomfortable and he never once hesitated to help me.. I’m so greatful and appreciative to these amazing humans ♥️♥️thank you again

The team at Johnstone Pharmacy is amazing! They always greet you with a smile and are there to answer all your questions. Consistent fast friendly service and advice have gained them loyal customers in me and my family.

Great pharmacy if you don’t require your full order at any time. Every order seems to take more than a week to receive, nothing is ever in stock and the always have to order one or more things to complete the order. This city has a pharmacy on every corner, I would recommend just going anywhere else.
