The Erickson were absolutely wonderful! This is my first home purchase, they walked me through the whole thing, explained in details and didn't make me feel incompetent when I didn't understand what they were saying. Pam and Craig were amazing! They were recommended to us by our realtor and we couldn't be happier. They were extremely informative and thorough which was important to us as this was our first house ever. They really do care about your safety and want to make sure they leave you prepared for anything. The one thing I really appreciated was they warned us that the water heater was probably going to give out in a year and recommended we start saving a few dollars here and there so that we are prepared for when it does go out. Can't recommend them enough!
