Not mine but my friends I wonder about your last line in your emails when it's not delivered on can you really claim it to be ypur business motto. Aren't there several clients still waiting on installation. Or dealing with only half installation. You talk about staffing in other posts I wonder if they are dealing with only being half paid and that's why they are leaving. Seems about right for your co.pany. too many excuses and not enough accountability. Kinda gross especially when there are families who need their services to be done as the weather is colder but hey its not your family so it's not your problem is it.. seems like alot of your reviews are bad.. I dont see it getting much better for you with no accountability and no real plan at resolutions completely disrespectfully have the day you deserve

I was recommended to NMG by a friend of mine, and when I reached out, Wes was great enough to respond quickly and get the installation done promptly.I wish it ended there...In the installation process, Wes backed his truck into our neighbor's property and caused damage. Upon contacting him, he promised to cover the costs of the damage.THAT WAS TWO YEARS AGO.All attempts to follow up and secure the promise coverage for the damage have been met with silence and ignored phone calls and emails.UTTERLY unprofessional, and proof of terrible ethical standards. While his work on the HVAC install was great, I will NEVER work with him again and will be warning everyone against contracting NMG because of this.

Driving through the north shore this afternoon and i realized my lane was ending. Thankfully there was enough room for me to get into the right lane. After signaling and going into the lane, this large black truck (turbo diesel) and stepped on the accelerator, narrowly missing me by a few feet, as he tried to prevent me from merging. He followed me all the way to the bridge where i was driving the speed limit and he/she blew right by me. Based on their unsafe behavior on the road, i couldn't possibly imagine using this company for anything where safety is duely disregarded. Driving like they're from Alberta, sad. Head east for about six hours if that's how you would like to endanger the public, please and thank you.

Horrible communication from owner of company. Do not give them your business.They installed an air conditioner in my home in 2019, last year during the heat dome they were at our house 5-6 times as the unit kept failing. They told us we needed a higher voltage breaker, called an Electrician, they changed the breaker.AC failed yet again, so they came back, the story goes on and on.I ended up having another company look at the AC on April 27th of this year, they said the compressor needed to be replaced. I finally got Norkam to come to the house and for the next 9 weeks I have been trying to get them to follow through with the we will take care of u" and be patient while we wait 1-2 weeks for the compressor. Well the 2 weeks go by and the owner won't answer my text messages.Such pathetic business practices

Wes and his men installed a complete HVAC system in a new home that my daughter and husband built. They installed it efficiently and when we needed it. The system worked as designed as they commissioned it properly prior to handing it off to us. Great team to have work in your home.

My AC stopped working coming into a heat wave. Talked to Wes and he had guys here the next day. They got the replacement part and fixed it all in under 2 hours. I am so thankful! I highly recommend these guys!

What a HUGE disappointment. This took 7 months to get a single 5 ton AC unit installed with very little ducting. Communications was AWEFUL, the floor was left with mud everywhere, celling tiles broken and left out, a wall panel was removed and damaged, they at no point attempted fixed it or even tried to put it back. We actually asked one of the subs to manage contact with this guy because he could not get it together and get anything done. Never again...

These guys are the best, my A/C died during a hot spell and within a day I had a new system! Very professional and friendly!Thank you Wes and RobbieFive stars all day!
