Great place to deal with!! Jason (the salesman) greeted me at the door and after a quick chat about what I was looking for in a bunkhouse trailer he walked me through a few that he thought would work for me. After taking me through a couple different models, and answering all my questions about the different features we were able to find the perfect camper. I was able to make a great deal right away and Ernest the finance guy got everything set up and done while I enjoyed a free coffee.I would highly recommend this place, and will definitely be a return customer.

Great service, even extra friendly and treat you with respect, Firas helped me a lot with getting something new after having the same card for over a decade, definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area !

Worst place ever, no one answers your calls in the service department, they kept stalling for a year and half so my warranty would expire and even after expiry still no answer (fridge problem) They give you the best service only if you’re buying a new one and no one helps you afterwards. If you want to buy a camper/trailer, don’t go there, we bought 6 new ones between my friends and I, and every single one of us has problems with the client service in that dump shop.

I must say that we had another great experience trading in our trailer for a bigger one. Kyle worked for a few months to get the size that we needed and could afford and was not a fixer upper. Finally got a great trailer with bunkhouse and it is awesome. Kim worked hard to make sure as well that we had an awning which the previous owners had taken off she also gave us a tv that they mounted on the wall in the bunkhouse had the screens fixed that were torn and also ordered a new awning which we will have installed once it is in and they will do an on site install. As well Kim gave us an extra table that we can use either in the bunkhouse or in the living room. And the driver Tom I can only say how awesome he is and a good driver as where the trailer had to go is a tight spot but with the help of two wonderful guys at the campground they got that trailer in the spot where we wanted it. I would recommend him highly for a driver he knows his stuff.So all and all I would highly recommend Campmart.Here is a picture of where Tom had to back the trailer in.

If you need parts or service on an older trailer, don’t bother coming here. On a busy Saturday they didn’t even have staff that could look up and order parts. The employee just handed us a huge catalogue and said “maybe you’ll find what you need here.” Their main goal is to sell new trailers, and they clearly didn’t give two $h!ts about service and repairs.

Our experience started out very poorly. We left CampMart very excited about our purchase, only to find out later that the Sales Associate we were working with, had made many empty promises, from the delivery date to the accessories that would be coming with our trailer.Alicia in the Service department took our file on herself. She was amazing. Going above and beyond. Even answering emails at 10pm on a Saturday of a long weekend. She and Reid made sure that the trailer was delivered from Cambridge to Ottawa quickly, PDI'ed properly, the promised accessories installed, and the trailer delivered, as promised, to our Park. If I can take away 1 positive from this whole experience, it is the excellent level of care the Service Department provided to us. While I would not recommend CampMart for the purchase of a trailer, I would most definitely recommend their Service Department for all your Service needs. And Tom, the delivery driver was really great as well. He made it look easy.

Bought a camper late summer last year. Never had the opportunity to use it til this past weekend (May long weekend). Was told was winterized but when I hooked up to water, water spewed out from the camper. Cracke hot water tank, lines, kitchen sink(under at joints), kitchen faucet came off in my hand, door won't shut......too many thins to list. Been trying to reach a Manager since Sat but they don't seem in a hurry to contact us now hanging up on us when we call. STAY AWAY!!!

I would like to say the purchase process with Campmart Ottawa went as smooth as silk. But once the purchase was signed, everything stops there. After service is virtually nonexistent. Always told they will call you back but never do. The only way to get any answers, is to make my 1 1/2 hour drive there and basically wait outside the persons door until they speak to you. The last time I waited just over an hour to finally speak to the manager. I believe that this outlet should put in a revolving door for the staff as out of the 4 people I dealt with in the last 3 months, only 1 remains. If the after service personnel worked as well as the receptionists, there would probably be no 1 star reviews. If you are looking for a good place to buy a new trailer, you might want to look elsewhere then Campmart Ottawa

I recently visited CampMart and had such an enjoyable experience. I'm not very knowledgeable in this department so I rely on the employees to guide me through the experience and they did just that. The customer service was impeccable and they knew exactly how to meet my needs. I highly recommend you visit them if you are in the market for a new RV. They are sure to find exactly what you want and need.

Was so excited to get our first trailer. The service and support we’ve received from the London CampMart location have been wonderful. However, dealing with Ottawa has been a terrible experience. Upon getting our trailer BRAND NEW, we called right away that we could get the hot water to work, there is a leak in the plumbing under the bathroom sink and one of the kitchen drawers doesn’t close properly. This has been 3 weeks now. We are STILL waiting to get service, without even having an appointment yet. We’ve spoken to both locations, managers have been informed and yet nothing has been resolved. Having to boil water for 3 weeks just to shower has been frustrating to say the least. I guess I could somewhat understand the hold up and lack of customer service if we had owned the trailer for a while, but these aren’t even problems that we created! They are problems that we’ve had since day of delivery. Incredibly frustrating.
