I made an appointment online. Was told 10 am. Showed up at the correct address at the correct time, The open sign was on, doors locked, lights out, no one there. Called the location, no answer. Waited out in the cold for a half hour hoping they would show up. Had to take time off work because it's only open on Tuesdays. Massive waste of time.

After 1 issue in decades I returned to h and r block ..compensation for the inconvenience. Professional ..happy I returned today and within hours had a personal call to rectify any problems .very please with service

Comment: The remote filing due to COVID-19 was so easy, Just brought my papers in and a few days later got the call that I will get an email, and done. We may do this every year from now on.

Pire service qu'une compagnie peut offrir ! Ils ont fait un erreur de débutant dans ma déclaration d'impôts et il ne sont même pas en mesure d'arranger cet erreur qu'ils ont eux même fait. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois pour me faire dire qu'ils allaient remédier à la situation et qu'ils allaient me rappeler , après deux semaines sans nouvelles j'appelle pour savoir qu'est-ce qui ce passe et ils avaient rien fait encore pour réparer leur erreur ! Dernière fois que je fait affaire avec H er R block ..trop chère, incompétent et service pitoyable

Absolutely the worse service on the whole planet. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.Here's a summary of my experience:• misleading information• errors in treatment• rude and disrespectful customer service• always contradict what they said the last timeThe whole experience was a nightmare.Never again!
