I took my lap top in there because the charging port had come loose and my computer would not charge as a result of this, I knew what the problem was and they were told exactly what the issue was but they didn't want to listen/take the time to actually look into it instead they charged me $63.00 to try and hook up 2 different chargers and then tell me that my motherboard was dead in my computer which was not the case at all.I took it to Electrotell right after I got it back and they had it fixed within a half an hour of me dropping it off and charged me half of what these people did.I would not suggest taking anything to them unless you want to get ripped off like I did.

Came in for a emergency (need a serial cable with USB adapter for a project, which could not find from Staples etc). Geroge was so friendly and borrowed me the cable for a week. Ended up buying it with good prize.

We had a business desktop have it’s hard drive quit on us and they were able to get us back up and running the same day. Nice employees and amazing quality of service!

I had a problem getting my router to work properly with my ISP. So I had 2nd Floor Computers come out. Their tech was very friendly and professional and set it up for me. And it works perfectly. So if you find you have a snag, give them a call. Price was reasonable. Paid $70 and half of that was for mileage to Bawlf.

Great place! Assessed my hard drive problem and When they found out they couldn’t help. They suggested another place they could do the job for me. I highly recommend this outfit

After having an extremely unpleasant experience at another shop in town I brought my computer over to second floor. They took the time to listen to what I had to say, removed the malware and once I came to pick it up they took the time to go through the computer with me until I was satisfied it was clean. Extremely professional and I couldn't recommend them enough!
