Kitchener Pain Clinic

I have been attending The Kitchener Pain Clinic for almost 3 years and have found the staff namely Nadine, Andra, Maisa, and Dr. Chan to be very Caring, yet professional. They all make my weekly visits quite pleasant. I truly would not know how i would cope, if there was no Pain Clinic.

Dr in the Clinic is very professional , knowledgeable and helpful.Quick diagnosis and good treatment.They help me to treat my lower back pain very well.Clinic Staff very nice and professional.Highly recommend this Clinic.

I have seen many specialists in the past for my pain. The reason for my suffering was a mystery to me, until I met Dr. Sam. He listened to me, carefully reviewed my files and explained his understanding of why I was in pain. This was by itself the biggest relief I have had in years. I did not know most of my suffering was from not knowing the cause of my pain. The staff here take the time to understand you. Then provide treatment options tailored to your needs. I recommend this clinic highly.

I go here every Thursday afternoon. The nurses here are amazing and great to talk to. Also, the dr. I see is amazing as well and great to talk with. My mother in-law and I look forward to my appointments as the team here is welcoming.

Amazing staff, they're SO kind, and helpful! The appointments are quick, so come prepared, as they are usually very busy, and have a lot of patients that need tending to. Dr. Chan is fantastic, he's really been helping me get some pain relief, as well as look into root issues. I'm so happy to have found this place, but I don't want to recommend it(selfishly), because then it might get even busier!!

I had a very good experience at the clinic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor explained everything I needed to know about my pain and I am very happy with the injections. I can finally do the things I enjoy.

I been going for over a year and never had a bad moment with Dr Methiwalla. Always friendly and professional. A doctor who listens, and understands pain. The staff are fabulous and helpful.

Dr. Chan and all the staff are so kind and compassionate. I actually look forward to my appointments here which I can’t say about every dr appt.

I’ve been suffering with migraines for 15 years, getting them once or twice a week, i came to see Dr. Chan and for a month i’ve barely had two. I’m really impressed with the treatments so far, and it’s nice to have a doctor who actually believes me.The receptionists/nurses are super nice every time I’m here, they always greet me and ask how my day is. They also have built a great relationship with other patients and it’s just a nice experience every time I visit.

This clinic is absolutely the best medical facility I've ever been to. I was extremely lucky to get a referral here for my daily constant headaches. From the moment I walked in and said hi to the ladies at the front desk I knew this place was going to be great. The ladies are so kind, friendly and just lovely to talk to. They instantly calmed my anxiety. The physician's assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) was just the best. He was hilarious and also calmed my nerves about getting giant needles in my head for headaches, lol. And then there's the doctor! Dr. Chan is hands down the best doctor I've ever come in contact with. He is funny, caring and truly shows he cares about your wellbeing. Today I had an issue other than my headaches and he immediately asked to know what was going on and went out of his way to help me. He is a wonderful person. I could go on and on about how fantastic this place is but I'll just say I hands down recommend this clinic to anyone who needs to feel listened to and cared for. 10/10. You guys are top notch and I can't thank you enough.
