Have been waiting for a schedule for the last 4 weeks with no reply from Tony except 2-3 empty promises to 'have the deck built next week'Thanks for not showing up and not returning emails. The extreme lack of customer service is detrimental to business and the internet allows 1 post to reach millions in seconds.This also means you will not be building the 11K fence you quoted either.

My wooden fence went down in a windstorm for the third time and I called a number of fence installers from homestars website but not one of them called me back so I did a little research on the web and called a few more. The only one to call back was Tony from Total Fence Inc. and he quoted a price right over the phone. We were in contact with each other and the only day I had free was Tuesday afternoon. Tony sent his two man crew and they were on time and had my 50 ft black fence installed in a couple of hours. His crew was very good and cleaned up after they were done. I just want to thank Tony and his crew. There are only a few installers that continue there fence installation throughout the winter and you can depend on Total Fence to get the job done.

Very disappointing to work with this company. After agreeing to get my fence done and I let all other companies that quoted me let go, he makes me wait for 2 weeks and then calls me to tell me he won't do the job because he has other jobs. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this company.

Disappointed. I should have read more reviews. Like others waited far too long for project to start only to have David say Tony didn't price job correctly & would cost extra. Left site messy during & after project. David constantly yelled at helpers" while he sat around "supervising" on his cell."
