Hey everyone, went in to the Vancouver Store this am. Saturday June 3. 23. B-lined straight to Louboutin, intended to purchase 3 items. No so much an acknowledgement from the young man working. He did make eye contact 3X. As if I was insignificant, looked away. Hoping it wasn't because of the colour of my skin. Sure seemed that way.So, needless to say, very very disappointed.

Went to buy a perfume which is a big deal for me since I am super particular.Huge shout out to Anastasia @the perfume department. Knowing perfumes is an art and matching a fragrance takes passion. She helped me find my fragrance in an ocean full of fantastic fragrances. Patient and an excellent listener who took time to understand my preferences and my 'not this one' in her stride until we found 'the'one.

UPDATE FEB. 18,2023I phoned Diane (Creed Sales Rep) I was inquiring about the Atomizer with refill but still not available. While chatting with her, I mentions about the Aventus I purchased from her a few months ago. I told her that the men’s Aventus last at least half to an hour (No nose blind). I was not looking for anything since I’m not sure the policy on return and exchange after using and opening the bottle. Without hesitation, she explained to me the best way to exchange the aventus. I was blown away!, she managed to exchange it and I ended up buying Creed Perfume Oil because of her kindness. Diane is by far my favourite sales rep. What I like about her is that she tends to talk a little bit more, but then I realize that she is very passionate about the product and she knows so much about it.This is for the perfume department (Creed Aventus). I was help by Diana back in Dec. 2022, I ask her a few questions about the Aventus since I’ve done my “Research” regarding about different batches. She was very thorough and helpful and very friendly. I ended up buying one for me and my wife and she gave me some samples to try it out.Sept. 16, 2022I came back wanted to buy an atomizer but was informed that Creed stop refilling it for now and told me to come back around Nov. what I like about Diana was that she was not pushy and she doesn’t sounds like a salesperson working for commissions. Instead of convincing me to buy that day on something else, we ended up just talking.

If you got $$$$$ this is the place next to Nordstrom. But not comparable to big cities like New York or Europe. You want to check out Georgia street too for LV, Tiffany, Hermes, Versace, etc. Hey it’s Vancouver what do you expect?! At least we carry selections of luxury brands while LV most of the time is out of stock while Vancouver has no buying power compared to Asia and USA! If in stock, your in luck! It is the last one!!!

We got a bottle of perfume and a scented candle from Diptyque at Holt Renfrew today. I'm so impressed with Simonne's friendliness and professionalism! She went above and beyond in explaining the different types of perfumes to us and helping us wrap our candles. You're awesome, Simonne! Thanks for being so nice!

Tracy from Chanel cosmetics boutique is AWESOME!!! She’s very knowledgeable about the products and gives me tips to enhance my make-up routine. I appreciate her to inform me with new arrivals or limited edition products. Thank you for shipping my purchases to me when I cannot come to the store for a pick-up. Your kind service is greatly appreciated. ^_^

This place is for the one who looking for the designer brand, some time they have a good deal. The customer service is very nice and helpful

Asked 3 different associates where to find an Acne Studios item (which I was ready to buy) and they all just vaguely pointed away and dismissed me. At this price range their customer service could definitely be improved. Not impressed.

This place is heaven for the people who into designer stuff. I personally loved the experience there. Even I didn't find what I was looking for but I still enjoyed the mall. We cam from Seattle and we don't have that variety of stuff and I live in Downtown Seattle...

Best place to shop high end shopping experience in Vancouver and all in one place. Good Experience and great customer experience highly appreciated it thanks.
