Clients expect at least a minimum of competence and complaisance.I recently bought a second hand Cadillac CTS from Cadillac Ile-Perrot and had some of the worst service and lack of ability across all branches of the dealer culminating in the worst client experience I could ever possibly imagine receiving.Before my rudimentary inspection of the car prior to the purchase, I asked the salesperson for the condition of the car, about every mechanical problems and the inevitable nonfunctioning electronic parts to be expected from a decked-out luxury sedan. I was assured that the mechanics diagnostic was that only two things needed to be repaired for the car to be in a good functional state, which I was ready to pay for.During my road test, I experienced a lot of vibrations which I believed to be nothing more than a bad wheel bearing or an improperly balanced wheel, which was partially right. I later learned that my wheels where improperly balanced and 3 of my 4 mags needed to be replaced due to irreparable damage causing the vibrations.Waiting time was needed before I could finalize the purchase since they needed to prepare the car and my new plate. The preparations, I was told by my salesperson, was simply an inside and out cleaning, a leather treatment for the seats, and a 1-2 hour job to repair one of the problems mentioned before I bought the car. This process took them a week! And upon receiving my car I couldn't help but to notice that the exterior was barely pressure washed with still plenty of brake dust on my mags. Inside was even worst the carpets weren't even touched and I even found one of my fingerprints from a week earlier when I manually adjusted the rear-view mirror. As if it wasn't enough I pushed the button on the roof to reveal a moon roof shader stained beyond belief with what looked like a coffee spill.Three hours after I left the dealership with my newly bought Cadillac the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Check engine light on, traction control off, AWD system off, and abs off. I came back to the dealership to explain the situation and they landed me a courtesy car until they could fix it. The next day my car was ready to be picked up so I got back to the dealership ready to leave with my car but the moment I started it up the check engine light was back up. After apologies from the manager of pre-owned vehicles for the problem that should've been resolved by now, I left once again without my car. It took them an entire week! Five days to get back to me for what they told me was nothing more than a bad O2 sensor.Obviously as one might expect, less then a few days later the check engine light was back on. I was told by my salesperson to book an appointment with the servicing departments so I did and asked them to program a new key fob and repair the second and last of the two problems that needed repair according to their in-house diagnostic. Meanwhile, I tried to find the problem myself without success and scanned the car with my obd2 sensor every morning and night to make sure the current problem didn't cause other failures that I could not see because my check engine light was already on, preventing its effective use.Appointment day comes around and they land me a courtesy car with its windshield cracked all across, and the license plate begging for police attention half peeled off and unreadable. Four days of waiting again just to be told my throttle body was dirty causing the check engine light. Which wasn't the real cause because the check engine light came back on again less than a week after the facts. On top of that, they could not find a way to program a new fob key so they recommend replacing the module for 1200$! A locksmith took care of that for 300$.Sadly a 4000 character restriction is insufficient by two-fold for a proper review so I won't be able to write about every way Cadillac Ile-Perrot wronged me, but I can confidently say that I will never deal with group autoforce again unless outright necessary and I’d suggest everyone do the same.

I have been a customer since 2011 and I think that the sales department and the service department are the best around.They are professional, polite and are loyal to the dealership and that has a direct impact on how they interact with customers.Other dealerships may strive to have this dynamic, but not many achieve this level.
