I visited this place for my eye check up booked thorough call as appointment is required. Staff is so nice and professional. They attended all the customers so nicely responsive with all questions. Amazing service and super friendly staff. I went in with broken glasses and thankfully had an extra pair of frames that just needed new lenses. They got them done for me within a few hours the same day!!! I highly recommend and will definitely be going back for my future eyewear needs!

Great experience. Doctor was kind and patient explaining things to me during my exam. Technician was super helpful finding just the right frames. And everything was at an affordable price (even for me who doesn't have benefits). Thanks again!

I'm so happy that I happened to stop in at Lenspro. I was just shopping around but I stopped after walking in here. They have a great selection of frames and I easily found the ones for me at a great price. I was so happy dealing with Henna. I rated you based on my family members experience whom your management and staff told you don't care what we post or do online based on the interaction you had with them, when they came to resolve the issue they had with you optician. You clearly told them when the said they would post about you online go ahead we don't care do what you want". Based on your reply here you clearly do care. We are very satisfied customers since atleast a few years now..very professional and knowledgeable ophthalmologist, and optician (Sapna) who is helping with son's myopia treatment plan..Entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly.have a big and variety of collection of eyeglasses with ongoing offers/discounts at any time..theybwork with insurance directly too, which is convenient..we have regerred many friends and relatives who are very happy with this location too!

Avoid this place!!! They scammed my elderly mother. They did not provide the service that they promised her and took her money. She spent over $300 dollars here and did not get what was promised and was mislead. When she tried to come and remedy the issue the optometrist was conveniently always away on vacation or business trips. Then when she finally got a hold of her she brushed it off like it wasn't her or the business' problem. Terrible customer service and terrible service here in general. Look at the other one star reviews they are all spot on!**Response to owner** March 21 2023This wasn't feedback for you or your staff Ms. Shah. You obviously do not know anything about customer service as your response lacked any remorse, apology, effort to reach out or resolve the issue.

Excellent service here. The staff were super helpful and attentive! I was looking for a particular brand and they had it in store and also had advice on which sunglasses looked best for my face shape. Thank you for your service! I'll definitely be coming back for other sunglasses.
