Went to pick my cheque up on payday and was told my file was deleted and i couldnt pick it up till tuesday.

I love the amazing staff they have there and just are so welcoming. Nothing but great experiences.

I went to this location to obtain a payday loan. When putting in my information I was asked to provide my SIN .. I do not like to so I asked if it was required and was told yes". Then was told they would be doing a credit check....I asked why a credit check for a payday loan was required...was told because they always do it....I have worked in this industry for 23yrs and have never seen a company require a credit check for a payday loan...and the customer service representative was rude and would not give me straight answers...this was the worst experience . I left and called the Kitchener location and was told that "No a credit check was not required for a payday loan and I also was not required to give my SIN number.Never go there."

I have dealt with a few payday loan places.. Not having credit could never really get a loan other than pay days.. Cashco has been amazing and will never look in another direction.. Shelley got me a flex loan which helped to purchase my car.. And since then build credit! I've never had one problem, annoying calls days before due payments, or any negative things come my way. They truly have been there to help in every sense of the word!

I had called and Shelley promised to call me back within 10 mins without any notification they'd be closing the store closed and I still hadn't heard anything back!Very unprofessional and displeased
