Loblaw Pharmacy

Slow, slow. Worst service ever. Extremely rude pharmacists and incompetent staff.They are just chatting to each other and dragging their feet doing nothing. They wouldn't even lift a finger to help the line up. It always takes more than an hour to fill up even the simplest prescription. Waited more than an hour and a half for eye drops and when I came back to pick them up , they weren't ready. Absolutely useless.If you value your time, look elsewhere for a better service.

Don’t come to this Pharmacy. On the day I visited, the sign said pharmacy opened at 9am but they were actually not ready to serve until 9:10am. The counter was still closed at 9am. The pharmacist was chatting with another pharmacist about other things while serving me. At the time picked up the prescription, the pharmacist was rushed and did not explain about the details about the prescription or any side effect. She just read the brief instructions on the medicine and did not even ask if I have any questions with the medication. They did not care about customer service. I would say avoid this pharmacy if you could.

Kind of mean, i know some of the ladies are way nicer but the guys that work there are so blunt and dont think before they talk.One guy told me he pre much cant redo a prescription cause he wont get paid. Like at least have some more customer service.

Loblaw Pharmacy #1518. No hygiene.Called in to check readiness for pickup a day after my doctor prescribed. Answer - Not ready, had to wait 2 days.Called in again the next day, answer was ready.Walked to the pharmacy, the staff said prescription was only partially filled, I paid the full amount and I have to come back to pick up the remainder next week.The staff are not friendly. Feels like I went to this pharmacy to get some ration.What kind of service is this?... two weeks later.. came picked up the remaining medication.Saw a staff picking drug pills using her bare hands. This is not hygienic. Is this allowed by the pharmacy industry?

Susan, the pharmacist at Superstore Metrotown has a great heart to get the blister packs for my 90 years old neighbour in a timely fashion despite given a short notice. Grateful for her kind help.

This place is savage I don't know if the people work here care for what their doing customer service they don't care been hold for 2 hours on phone then I call back somebody answer and hang up! This is the pharmacy that you should avoid! I understand how they get busy but atleast talk to customer and let them know!!

Waited over half an hour after my scheduled appointment when there was NOBODY IN LINE. Everyone is doing their own thing, nobody is on the same page. Gentleman at the front ignored me at first and when greeted asked me to wait in front of consulting; subsequent gentleman in consulting asked us to book at the front. I stress gentlemen" here because the women pharmacists were frantically running around seemingly organising medication and incoming pick ups. If you hate your job or had a bad day

Only one pharmacist was working and she clearly saw me waiting in line for like 10 minutes. We made eye contact and she still just stood there and didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting or let me know that someone would come to help... I ended up just leaving.. so awkward. Another time there was no pharmacist working so I asked someone for help and she told me to wait in line. There was no one at the desk and I was waiting already! This place is usually always really busy, I would suggest going to a different pharmacy. It sucks because the location is so convenient though! Apart from those bad experiences, the other pharmacists that work there are really nice.
