I would like to preface by saying I am a first time homeowner. I had zero idea or information on how to purchase my own property but by working with Nick I was able to overcome that. Nick was able to sit down and over several sessions explain all the steps in the home buying process to me. He even provided many of the connections needed to make it happen. He never made me feel dumb and welcomed all my questions. One thing I genuinely appreciated was that I never felt rushed. I never felt the pressure to put in an offer from him and I think that's what helped me have a positive experience with him. I cannot recommend his services enough.

Nick sold my condo, a condo that has notoriously had a reputation for being extremely hard to sell, let alone at a fair price. Nick managed to have the unit conditionally sold in under 24 hours and was transaction was closed with weeks. I was confident the property would transact, but Nick blew away expectations with how quickly he got it done (over asking price).

I found Nick through Facebook of all places. I inquired on one of his posts and over time he sent me market info, keeping in touch without being pushy or aggressive. When I was finally ready to get serious about looking this was the perfect approach for me. Helpful, responsive but not pushy. I eventually found a condo and there were significant problems that needed to be addressed and negotiated but Nick dealt with it all very calmly, he was very knowledgeable about my options and never made me feel pressured. Considering the amount of time and effort he put in and could potentially loose his commission I never felt like this was a concern. His focus was only on me and what would work best for me. Nick has been great to work with - really patient and informative. The first meeting with him was great, we went over paperwork and parts of his buyer information package.
