I recommand this store to everyone. I ordered item and the package was amazing. I received product the way it is without any damage. They care about the clients' orders. And their communication is perfect.

DO NOT GO HERE. Édouard the man at the counter, who works at the store with his wife and sometimes daughters, has been shamelessly harassing me over the phone for a relationship. I assume he got my number because I would call about products and appointments before arriving. He will text you constantly with obscure messages and tell you you're not being nice if you're not interested. If you're a young woman especially, stay away from this depraved and deranged man. I was only able to get rid of him by blocking.Responding to the owner below: The man who has been bothering me is Edouard Pepin Taguedong. You absolutely know who he is. I do have evidence and happy to post it here if you like. Please don't threaten me with a lawyer while gaslighting me at the same time. I'll only remove this review after he has apologized for how he (a grown man) made me feel as a young woman. He knows how to reach me.

Has the necessary items I need for my hair that is not readily available at other places

I placed an online order not knowing anything about this company as the hairpiece I have worn for years had had discontinued and Clems Beauty had some left. Pricing was for and comparable to other sited.I was very surprised at how fast my order was treated and the communication was great.Ultimately there was an issue with inventory but I got an email almost immediately offering me alternate colors.My order arrived in 3 business days from across the country. Will order from this store again.Thank you!

Went in to buy beads for my extensions today & they are super cheap & do not work. I typically go to mahogany Beauty for my products but because of how far they are I thought I would buy from Clem’s. $31 for no name beads that fall out when you lightly brush your hair are not worth it. Super upset with my experience & won’t be returning to the store.

First of all, I want to start by saying Clems is literally such a nice person and she was so gentle with my hair because my scalp is very sensitive.She made my hair look so beautiful and she made me feel welcomed.I'll be coming back again.

My first time visiting. Was impressed with their inventory. Saves you from going around. More like a one stop shop of quality products. So I'd be visiting again.The guy was warm and helpful but the lady in the salon was rude and snarky. She yelled at me from across the room because I pulled my mask down briefly when the guy could not hear me. A better customer relationship management would be helpful.
