Ryerson metal, where to start. Well first off we purchased some 4x8 and 4x10 aluminum sheet metal sheets from them. They were packaged nicely and first order we had delivered to us. We decided we no longer needed the 4x8 sheets and took them off of the skid and put them aside so we could access the 4x10 sheets. I contacted and spoke to chad about refunding the 4x8 sheets and getting more 4x10 sheets. Chad told us there was a $125 restocking fee involved for putting new paper and cardboard between the sheets. We put a piece of cardboard down in my truck and loaded the 4x8 sheets carefully less the paper since they are charging a restocking fee. Oh also, they said we didnt bring the skid back, when there shipping staff when we picked up told us we did not need to bring it back. We dropped the sheets off and told us 4 were damaged and could not be used for resale, and only 2 would be refunded. We found this very comical considering of ALL THE SHEETS we recieved, all but maybe 1 or 2 were not scratched or damaged, and some even had the corners bent up. The sheets we returned were in the exact same condition they were given to us minus the paper in between. So them saying they were not in reselling condition is a complete joke. They offered to refund two sheets and take the other four to scrap. When trying to resolve this, i had to keep emailing and calling go get any kind of reply. When it comes to buying, they are on it. When there is an issue that needs to be resolved, be prepared to be transferred around and push to get responses. I will be following this up with a full length review on BBB, and any other social media platforms.HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS.
