Polish Nail Bar

I always book my nail appointments here at Polish Nail Bar. All of the staff are very skilled and I always leave with a perfect manicure (I’m very picky). I also appreciate how they always go above and beyond to remember their customers names and how they are doing. Highly recommend!

Job not completed.was told at the last minute that it would take over half an hour for my nails to dry. What she was really saying was she had another customer and didn't want me taking up space. I left without the polish I had picked out yet paid the same price. There are better places in Kanata.

The pedicure was great but not very happy with the shellac manicure.. the girl seemed to rush and didn’t take her time. She did it at the seat while I was getting my pedicure done but I feel like because of that it felt rushed and didn’t turn out great. Some areas of the nails are not even and there is polish on the side of my fingers.

I've been to Polish Nail bar a few times now. Been other places too, and always come back here. Why? Well, the quality is beyond anything I get anywhere else. I had acrylics (Solar gel) put on right before a six week RV vacation last year. Andy suggested I do an ombre so that as they grew out it would be less noticeable. I absolutely loved it, and that manicure lasted 5 weeks before I had to go get them reset. I was amazed at how well they stayed put, the longevity of the gel - it didn't fade, chip, or crackle - even when I was swimming in the ocean and camping!I had oodles of compliments on them as well.I had an ombre done again this spring and I am in love with them. Planning on a reset right before we leave for five weeks, and likely won't have to get them done until we get back!Simply put, the BEST salon out of the five or six on the west end of Ottawa I have tried.

I'm so happy I found this salon in Ottawa! I get a classic French manicure every few weeks and I recommend this salon to all my friends. Vivian and Nicky are my go-to nail artists and I'm always done in a reasonable time frame (45 minutes - 1 hour). They always take the time to understand what you're looking for and want to make sure you're happy with your nails. You do need to call to book ahead of time, but this means they are very efficient. Always kind and friendly service.

I wasn't super pleased with my experience here. We booked one on the go pedicure and one regular pedicure yet was charged for two regular pedicures. The nail tech I had wasn't very thorough with my treatment, one foot received the dry skin removal and the other foot didn't and my partner got kicked out of the chair before it was even over because they wanted the chair back which I felt wasn't very fair. It only took 20 minutes which I felt was way too fast for a pedicure, you can't even relax that long. And in the end it was over priced and we were mis-charged. I won't be returning

This was my first time at Polish Nail Bar - I chose this place based on recommendations, as I needed last minute manicures for my wedding. Andy was AMAZING and he did my nails exactly as I wanted them! I will let the picture speak for itself :) The salon is clean and the service is great. This place is going to be my go-to from now on!!

Enjoyed our visit. We were very pleased with the result our pedicures.This nail bar is extremely clean. Wiping down after every client. All employees wore masks. Plastic partitions still up.Staff very patient, accommodating, friendly and professional.We will certainly return.Price equal or a bit above other businesses but we felt it was well worth it.
