Waited for assistance for 5 minutes, employee was looking at her phone... another customer walks in and gets service right away. Biggest joke for a music store if there ever was one. Will never return after being a customer since you opened your store!

Went there this morning and it was closed didn't have any notice on the door and hopefully it'll be opening up soon

RUDE STAFF!! WORST SERVICE!!!! Couldn't go in the 1st time I walked there cause I didn't bring my phone and you cannot go inside without calling, I didn't know this. Walked a 2nd time, RUDE EMPLOYEE says the store is closed if you don't know exactly what you want. I bought a guitar there yrs ago, now I cannot even browse to see if I like anything?!?!?!?!?!?! HOW DO THEY SELL THINGS IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE AND IF YOU EVEN WANT IT!!!!!!! They complained about thieves, I'M NOT A THIEF!!! AND DIDN'T GO TO SHOPLIFT!!!! IF THEY HAVE SO MUCH ISSUES, MAYBE THEY NEED BETTER AND/OR MORE STAFF!! NOT JUST TURNING PEOPLE AWAY LIKE NOTHING!!

I was looking at their pedals, they had one in a box and when I asked to look at it they said they didn't want to open the box and told me to just check it out online. Kind of defeats the purpose of going into a store.

What kind of shop is this gergs? I go there to browse possible gifts, a guitar. And I have to call to be gained in store. They ask what we were there for and we said to browse instruments, that was the idea. They denied us entry saying people steal and are not allowed to browse. Very poor poor treatment. Pathetic and I will never in my life step a foot in that shop, after my wife purchased her guitar there. Super pathetic and unprofessional! PATHETIC SERVICE BEFORE EVEN GETTING IN THE SHOP

I've bought, sold, and pawned and have always been very satisfied! Great deals on new and used gear, definitely recommend to all musicians!
