If it is possible to give less than one star I would. My ball was damaged at this ally. pro shop person refuses to acknowledge that the damage and will not repair it because the scratches were not pointed out to her. She has told me the scratches did not occur there. I only bowl at this ally. In my opinion she is the worst pro shop owner and her customer service skills suck. She could not even drill my ball properly, she will quickly inform you that you are wrong and only her point matters.

Last time I went there I was talked down to and told I needed lessons because I didn't like the way she drilled my ball. I'm no pro but I have a 189 average and I was so insulted.
