As a visitor to Calgary and a knitter, a visit to a yarn shop is in my list. This new little shop was a bit tricky to locate but worth the visit. Located at the back of a house converted to shops. Close to corner of 19st SW & 34 ave SW.Owner Michelle was knowledgeable interested in talking ‘knitting’. The samples she had knitted and up in the shop were good choices with Free patterns and of course she sold the wool. So this visit to a 6 month old shop was totally valuable.Check her out!’

Absolutely beautiful selection and I love shopping here. I have gotten back into knitting over the last few months and Michelle has always been so helpful when I am starting a new project. She takes so much time to make sure you are getting the materials you need. I also love the yarn selection, there's a huge focus on ethically sourced yarn.

Little Bow is everything I want in a yarn store. The small but mighty space is cozy and welcoming and you can find everything you need. Michèle is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable and curates a beautiful selection. She’s also a fantastic resource for recommendations or to bounce ideas for your next project off of.

I don’t leave reviews often about businesses but I truly love this little shop! I am new to the Calgary area and was looking for a new yarn shop and stumbled upon this gem. Michele was so welcoming and knowledgeable about her products which is fantastic! She has so much experience with her craft she was truly able to help with picking out the right fibre and weight for my projects! I spent easily a couple hours just chatting with her and already can’t wait to go back!!

A delicious selection of squeezable yarns including We Are Knitters. Accessories too, a few Kits, and a few patterns. Early days and I am excited to watch this gem of a yarn store grow.Located in funky Marda Loop where you can feel urban chic in this fabulous new development in an old neighborhood.

Little Bow Fibre Company is a delight to visit. Packs a lot of punch for a tiny shop. The yarn selection is locally sourced and high quality! I love when you find a small business like that and you get to talk to someone who is truly passionate about their craft. It adds a special element to shopping, rather than making you feel like a “consumer drone.” If you are into or wanting to get into knitting/crochet I highly recommend stopping by Little Bow Fibre and talking with Michelle. We spent probably about an hour just looking at the yarn and talking about it!! Wishing the best to her! Thanks again for all your help.
