We took our child here for a cleaning procedure. The appointment was booked very quickly. The doctor was incredibly accommodating and professional. She took her time, made sure the child was comfortable, and didn't rush at all. It wasn't easy finding a good ENT specialist but we're very happy we found this one.

the ENT doctor said he was gonna make arrangement for me to go to his office to do some examinations, no one called me till i called the office two weeks later, the person answering my call can see the doctor's note in system and booked an appointment right away but for one month later. my pain is getting worse and worse, and i waited for two weeks for nothing. they just do nothing till you call. this is not the first time this happens. i understand doctors are busy, but improvements are needed to their way of doing things.
