Pete and his team were very knowledgeable. We ordered automated blinds for a large window in our basement, a small window in our laundry room and two windows in our master bathroom and their expertise and recommendations were great. Our shopping experience was excellent. The team at The Shutter Professionals answered every question we had with attention to detail and good care.The installation process was seamless. The blinds were installed and our window coverings looked beautiful. Most importantly, the automated cordless blinds were a safe addition to our playroom.Our experience with The Shutter Professionals exceeded our expectations. We ordered California shutters after our cat broke the strings on our blinds. We were impressed with the service and the shutters. They gave us great advice that resulted in shutters that really function well for us, as well as looking beautiful. Installation was perfect. I'd highly recommend this company and we will be back if we need more shutters or blinds.

Purchased shutters for my backdoor from them, as I wanted to support a local business as opposed to the big box stores. Am I ever glad I went with these guys. Pete was a pleasure to work with from start to finish; super responsive, helpful, and honest. The installer, John, was also very pleasant and precise with his work. I'll definitely be returning in the future. Keep up the great customer experience guys.

We used The Shutter Professionals to have zebra blinds installed in our living/dining room and the master bedroom. The quality of the blinds is superb and there was a large selection to choose from. We ordered the blinds before the December lockdown due to Covid, so there was a bit of delay but they kept us updated on the progress. The blinds were expertly installed in a timely manner. There were a couple of issues, but they were addressed very quickly and we are very pleased with the quality of the blinds and the service provided. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Can't share about the product, but can comment about shopping.Went there on a Monday, spoke to a person, but she did not know about product or prices, told me to call **** on wed. That Mon sent an eMail to request a ballpark quote, on Wed I called and *** person was not there and today Thursday I still don't have a reply to my eMail request for a ballpark quote. NOT inspiring confidence, so today I bought elsewhere. Only mentioning so that owner may wish to review business attitude.

Sam was our consultant. His service is top notch. He is very attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to window coverings. The experience from entering the showroom the very first time to having the blinds installed was exceptionally pleasant. A definite place I would send my friends and family over for their next window coverings. Joe, also did an awesome job with the install! Very fast and clean install. Keep up the great work guys! Just got our new roller shades from The Shutter Professionals! Had the kitchen and living room done in our new house. They look great! I am so happy every time I see them. Lots of color selection and options on what to get.Pete (sales) and John (installation) are very professional and quality for the price was very good! I am very pleased with the service we received and will be back here again when we do our other rooms!We ordered during all this COVID craziness and even though there were some bumps with the manufacturers and timing, Pete kept me informed and made me feel like he had my back throughout all of it.Highly recommend!
