We are very satisfied with Crystal Glass' service from the beginning when we connected with their customer service. The person we spoke to was Sarah. She gave us a clear description on the repair service. She helped us throughout the process. The workmen came to the house which needed window repair on time as scheduled and got the job done very quickly. We would recommend Crystal Glass to anyone who need their services.

received a nice present in the way of a stone chip on Deerfoot Trail in my windshield. Given the extreme cold temperatures, I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. I drove into Crystal Glass - Calgary Downtown and they were able to assist me immediately. They filled the chip at a reasonable price and I can barely notice that it is there. A special shout out to Sarah Thomas who was very helpful

As always, CRYSTALGLASS did not let me down! When a rogue rock knocked out my rear passenger window, the team stepped up and ordered a new window and protected the broken one til it arrives. Excellent customer service from Tara and the technician who sealed my car safely. Thank you so much for fast, friendly and reliable service.I just wanted to add that my glass arrived 4 weeks sooner than expected and the installation was super quick and professionally done. Huge shout out to tech, Dusty, excellent work, you deserve a raise! Thank y’all again!Customer for life.

Called in and within an hour I was at the location getting my first ever chip fixed. Jessica was friendly and helpful over the phone. The two ladies greeted me and instantly assisted me. Jessica is friendly, genuinely helpful and knowledgeable!The chip was repaired within 15-20 minutes and looked good as new! Thank you ladies at the 9th Ave location!

I am very impressed with the quality, pricing and professionalism at Crystal Glass downtown location. Over the past 10 years, I have had several custom mirrors cut for my home. Each time the experience has been so positive. There is a real sense of pride in their work and customer care. Alysa is always so friendly, accommodating and helpful at the front desk. Rob the cutting artist takes such pride in his craft that I feel like I’m getting a work of art even when it’s a simple cut. I will definitely be returning and recommending this particular location to friends and family.
