Appointment for 08:30, was on time and service completed quickly, technician explained well. I'll post a picture, there was Praying Mantis that landed on the ladies shoulder and immediately flew away. But don't see the little beast

Parts Department is awesome. Always friendly and willing to help.

I have been dealing with Woodstock for for the last 10 years and this last visit has been just like my very first visit. Friendly staff,excellent work by the technicians and parts people. They always ensure all the parts are in first and the service people ensure that the job is done on time and throughout the day keep me advised on the status of the repair. The technicians keep the old parts available and explain what failed and why it failed,and sometimes how my driving habits may have caused the repair. Really is well worth the extra mileage to travel for professional work to be completed.

My daughter went in to buy a car and the sales men just kind of dismissed her and in my opinion it was because she was young

My 18 yr old daughter's car broke down on the side of the road.. We have purchased the Premium Ford Extended Warranty (through Brant County Ford) The car was in Woodstock, so I called Woodstock Ford to let them know that the car would be towed there. I spoke with Ralph in the service department who told me that they would not be able to fix it- that I should take it to a Kia dealership (as is is a Kia product- but purchased at Ford Dealership in Brantford). Terrible customer service!!!!

Not really impressed. Made an appointment, but can't do a tire Rotation. Lol why make an Appointment???

I understand inventory is low, I understand some people are paying big premiums on vehicles today......Clearly, unless you beg, they are too busy to have a conversation about satisfying a truck need.I will chalk it up to stress and tough market conditions at the end of a long year

A simple oil change resulted in this establishment OVERFILLING our oil, which created a burning smell. Oil life monitor was not reset..as the invoice claimed. This was confirmed by a different Ford dealer that they bad to drain almost 1.5L to make it a normal" level.The manager fought and fought that "overfilling is impossible" as another Ford dealer questioned who did such shotty work. We paid the other dealer over $200 to correct this mistake.1 star is the lowest I could give. I wish I could give a 0.We have no trust in this dealership. The invoice was improperly filled out....so who knows if anything else they "confirmed was in working order" was ever actually checked out
