Had a great experience with this agency. They are very accommodating, listen to what you want, and stick within your price range. Cheryl booked me at the Bahia Principe in Mexico. It was an amazing trip! I had no complaints. I felt very safe during my travels and everything was handled very professionally. I will definitely be booking my next vacation with this agency!

Ruth & Cheryl are the best at their jobs. We have had them book numerous trips for us and with their advance emails they have enabled us to be upgraded on more than one occasion. Worst experience I''ve had. I will not name the travel agent but we had to many issues. We almost missed our honeymoon because of a payment issue that was not our fault but she could not take fault for it and the shuttle information was completely forgotten from the itinerary. Do not recommend and will not go back.

We have booked vacation travel packages and flights through many other travel agents over the past four decades. However, we have to say that we have never found two travel agents who has been more professional and accommodating than Cheryl and Ruth at Travel Pros in Leamington.Right from the minute we walked in through their door, we found two of the most friendly people in the travel industry. When we told them what we were looking for, we received immediate attention and both ladies did their utmost to find exactly what we were looking for. They gave us their professional opinions and advice on what to expect during our travels. We feel that we have received the best possible value for our money and cannot praise these two ladies enough for all of their hard work and dedication towards us as clients. They are, without a doubt, the best in the business. We definitely plan to return to Travel Pros in Leamington and will be happy to have Cheryl and Ruth our go-to persons for all of our future travel plans.
