I have been coming here for the better part of a year. I love coming here, it’s the only place I trust. The bad reviews are one in a million because the ladies here are respectful, hard working, and talented. They deserve more recognition! I would never go to any other salon. My extensions last months (which you should not leave them that long haha) but they never fall out and look impeccable. The hair quality is also absolutely amazing, especially for coloured/bleached extensions. I love this place and will always come back. Thank you for all your hard work !! I’m sorry to anyone who has had a bad experience, I apologize because I have never had one.

I get my hair extensions done at Radiance Hair Extensions Salon. It's my favorite family business and both Temi and Lola are amazing soles that go beyond and above to make customers happy. I never had any issues with the hair and my own hair kept growing with no damage from the extensions. I highly recommend this salon to everyone looking for hair extensions

I have been to Radiance Beauty numerous times in the past year and a half. Everyone is very friendly and they do wonderful work. Also, they are patient and gentle when my hair is matted because I waited too long between visits. I will be back for sure as I trust you. Thank you Lola

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Worst experience EVER.Not only did this salon charge me over the quoted price but they ruined my hair. I’ve gone back and forth with the owner of the salon and the employee (her daughter) who did my hair for almost a week now. Not only did they take no accountability for the poor quality installation but they’ve provided the worst customer service as well. The pictures of my hair speak for themselves. The one thing I want to make sure everyone knows is I was a new client and was treated extremely disrespectfully. When I went in for my appointment I asked if they take American Express as a form of payment. They told me that they didn’t and cash would be better. I told them I didn’t have $500 cash on me but that I’d have my boyfriend bring the money when he came to pick me up from the appointment. They asked me 7 different times when he was coming, how I was paying and when I was going to complete payment. It got to a point where I had to say “do you guys think I’m going to rob you?”. The employees response was “well you don’t really look problematic but you never know, we’ve had instances in the past”. They also charged my boyfriend more than the agreed upon price. In my opinion they provide poor quality hair and service then when people are unhappy and don’t want to pay and/ or have paid but want their money back it becomes a problem. They were unapologetic about damaging my natural hair- I had to cut 4 INCHES OFF, and the employees response was “you said you liked your hair short anyways”.The employee who did my hair is the daughter of the owner. She is NOT licensed and works as an apprentice under her mother. Yet her mother, the owner couldn’t meet me face to face after we SCHEDULED this appointment because she was “stressed”. I will be reporting this salon for misconduct.These women have no business doing hair. Please find a salon with integrity to spend your money at!

I love this place. I've been going here to get my extensions since I moved to Calgary two years ago and I couldn't ever see myself switching to another place. They have a wall of extensions in the salon so that you can literally just choose the hair you want the same day of your appointment. The hairstylists are always accommodating and are usually able to get me in last minute if I need. My actual hair has also grown so much in the two years ever since I started getting extensions and it's as long as it's ever been.Thanks for always doing such a great job, Radiance Beauty!

I had a great experience yesterday and want to share it with you. I was always bugged by my hair loss, specifically my frontal section. I always tried to cover that with a topper, hair powder-like topic, etc. But It was never perfect. I was really looking for hair extension which was permanent but without glue. I am so happy and satisfied with my hair extension, done by the radiance hair salon yesterday. It looks so natural, soft, silky and not heavy. I do recommend Radiance Hair Extension Salon service. The beautiful ladies helped me to retrieve my confidence and brought happiness to me both inside and outside. I love my hair style now. Thank you so much.

The staff are absolutely amazing, and very accommodating. I know i haven’t always been the easiest client to deal with but they still always treat me very well and are welcoming. It’s usually very clean and well maintained, I see them constantly tidying up even with clients. They are very keen on trying to help you reach your hair goals, as well as maintaining your hair health (and help you stay within your budget!) They offer plenty of services that make this place pretty much my new hair salon for any and all the hair needs I have. Plus, I always feel like I walk away getting a great service for a great price with great, honest people. They really get to know you.My hair is so important to me it’s important for it to be in really good shape! This was my first time coming here, I was skeptical at first because I’m very particular on whose doing my hair. TEMI is great at styling those who have curly hair! She’s always amazing at accommodating what you specifically want, so make sure you tell her!Definitely would go here!

I have been getting my hair braided for 4 years and never had an experience like this. First time at the salon. Appointment started an hour late, did not have the hair colours I specifically asked for so I had to go to a different shop. Had 3 different people working on my hair. Took hours to do half cornrows, half box braids. Last girl BURNT my scalp while sealing the ends of my braids and was unable to not tip as the button was broken. I also had to hold and sort the hair myself? I am paying for a service and there were others to help. Paid $400 for braids that look like knots. Please do not go here.

I’ve been coming to Radiance since 5 years ago for all my hair extension need and braiding appointments.I always leave happy and I’m never worried about the quality of the work. My hair is always flawless. I’m usually a picky person but when I come to Radiance I know I can relax because I can trust the quality of their work.Both Lola and Temi are amazing and won’t regret ever coming here.
