Bought a new build and so has a friend of mine in a different area. Both have terrible sound insulation and most likely hired the lowest end contractors due to 2016 housing market. Would never buy a new build again as they all claim to be the most reputable builder...Polygon also deletes critical facts (comments) on their pages.Now I may get a reply saying I should sendmy concern to Polygon but what can they do. Tell me they followed the poor Camadian standards or pay for better sound insulation.?Ha!
