Cody roughed in a gas line for my stove and left me without a shutoff.Now I have turn off the gas for the whole building and install one myself. Very unprofessionalUpdate after owner's reply:True I was having my own financial issues with a client on a job you were involved on. I made my payments in full in agreed upon installments and actually it's you that owns me money as you mentioned I overpaid and you never credited me back and/or got back to me when questioned about overpayment.This review is for the rough in you did and on this particular job the 1/5 is for leaving me without a shutoff.

Jacob showed up for my servicing, he was very professional and approachable, this is the second time I have used CGS, and would whole heartily recommend them to anyone. Change your furnace filter

Todd and Jacob came to my home, were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again when/if needed.

Our furnace broke the morning of the first really cold night. Cody had his team on site the same day to find the issue. He even dropped off a couple extra space heaters for us as we have a 14 month old at home. His team talked us through our options and less than 48 hours we had the team at our house installing a new furnace. They were prompt, courteous and pleasant. They left our house/furnace workspace cleaner then they found it. They had no issue or complaint when we asked if they could please wear masks while working in our house. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Will absolutely use CVS HVAC again for our future needs. Big thanks to the team, and happy our baby doesn’t have to sleep with a space heater on theses cold winter nights!

We had the tech - Jacob from CGS HVAC come out this year to do the yearly maintenance check! Jacob was a great yesterday. He was prompt, quiet, efficient, and he reminded us our furnace and filter were the cleanest he had seen; he said having a clean home helps keeps the furnace from working extra hard. We look forward to next year's maintenance check with CGS HVAC!Cody is absolutely amazing - he is quick with emails and job scheduling, and super knowledgeable and nice, which are all great attributes of a successful company. CGS installed new duct work, gas furnace, condensing boiler, A/C system, in floor heating - all well designed and professionally installed. We are very pleased with the results.

Ok so they were amazing they came in almost a week earlier then they they finished the work fast and did a great job also we got top of the line AC units for an amazing price I couldn't think of a bad thing they did if I tried also communication was great calls everyday with updates. Just great company with great people from the owner on down will be using them for years to come. Thanks Corey and Jessica you've help us through so many things this summer.April 13/2023 Update. I had CGS come back in to do a furnace and AC service again Cody and his team were amazing always very friendly and professional all work done at a more than fair price thanks again. Always happy to have CGS do all my families HVAC needs, just great people to deal with.

Despite being a busy company, the very friendly team from CGS HVAC led by Cody responded to our request for help in a timely manner. We had been without hot water for few days when we called CGS. They quoted the job, which involved changing equipment and running pipe. At the completion of the job, the price remained as quoted with no suprises.They showed up on the scheduled day and time, laid down some floor protection and got right at it. I would definitely recommend this company and we plan on having them back in the near future for additional work. Loving the hot water in Bracebridge! Jeff & Karen

CGS replaced our furnace last autumn which we are most pleased with. It is quiet, efficient (we are using much less propane now) and the purchase price point was reasonable. Our A/C lost it's compatibility with the new furnace install. Enter gracious Technician Tane. In his clever manner, he performed trouble-shooting until he was able to co-ordinate the A/C unit resulting in it's successful functioning. He takes great pride and definitely cares about customer satisfaction. CGS is so very fortunate to have Tane as a member of their team!

We always call CGS HVAC Inc. when we have any issues with our heat, air con or gas fireplace. They are very trustworthy, fast and reliable. Hard to find in today’s world! Cody and his team always go above and beyond in service at your desperate time of need..lol. Recently we had a problem with our furnace, and they went out of their way to try and provide a reasonable solution to a very costly issue for us. In the end they replaced our furnace both fast and efficiently…offering us options to try and take the impact off our budget.Thanks again to CGS..you guys rock!
