Clinique Medicale Urgence Camu

Saw Dr. S. at the end of August 2015, was told I definitely had a colon obstruction and sent for multiple blood tests and a bariatric enema to confirm diverticulitis - have had more attacks since and we are now May 20, 2016 and Dr. S. (or my own family doctor, Dr. P) has yet to contact me with results. How would you rate this ?

I don't give any star to any clinic, very bad service, they want us to go to the private. But when you hear the politiciens talk about the good health system. Simple Is not true!!!! we have to wake up and fight to get back our good free health system. I've been trying to get rendez vous and its impossible. We must be together to do something people !!

Opening hours on google maps says it closes at 3 pm. When I called the phone number it says please call back after 3 pm. Nonsense.

TERRIBLE clinic!! DO NOT recommend whatsoever.When you call to book an appointment with your doctor, they put you on hold for up to an hour and that's IF they decide to pick up the phone and take the call. I had to call 4 days in a row until finally someone decided to pick up. They informed me there was nothing they could do as the doctor hadn't given in his schedule yet so I would need to call them back at a later time. Waste of time #1.Once I called back at a later date and the appointment was given, they called me to cancel it the day before. Waste of time #2.I was given a second appointment date and when I showed up, I was told the doctor was out of the office as he had to go perform an operation and they did not know when he would be back. Waste of time #3.They wasted my time THREE TIMES and that's not counting how hard it was to even obtain an appointment in the first place and how unprofessional and rude the receptionists are.Stay clear of this place!

The gynecologist was extremely rude. He doesn't let you express yourself openly without getting interrupted. While you are explaining your problem he doesn't even look at you or if he asks you something and you don't give him the answer he wants to hear, he's going to say ''that's not what I asked you'' and look at you like you are an idiot. At the moment of the inspection, he was very rude and felt not petty whatsoever. He doesn't make his patients feel welcome nor comfortable during the appointment. He doesn't bother to give you a smile or a gest that will comfort you. Worst experience of my life.

Extremely bad service. Theres this new black receptionist, a true nightmare. I feel like some people were raised in barns, no manners whatsoever.

Have been coming here for years and receiving great treatment. Now all of a sudden, appointments get cancelled without any notice, the staff now is extremely rude and not helpful. This is nothing against the doctors their job is hard enough, this is about the TERRIBLE, UNHELPFUL, INCONSIDERATE, and RUDE staff. DISGUSTING.

I always called during normal business hours and never called on a holiday. Many times I was unable to ever get through for several days on end. They know that they are understaffed (even before COVID) and the administration does not care. Even another one of my MD's was unable to get through on the priority line for medical professionals for it put him in a loop with all the other calls. In person the service is very good though or at least it is with Dr S. based from all of my experiences with him over the last 20 + years. Had to now edit my comment; I was one of the fortunate one to actually have him as my GP He is the only reason I would ever go back. Now that Dr S. is retiring in Jan/23 good luck trying to get through to the office.

Not recommended.Very disappointed with their service. First visit to this clinic, had a referral letter for my follow up checkup. She got me the wrong doctor and refused to put me as priority. Long waited 1 month for this visit. Not easy being pregnant for the first time. Very stressful if you understand. Now, not only they make me wait for another month, I missed my first trimester ecography. I'm very sad and disappointed with this experience. Please go somewhere else for better experience.
