I reached out to them because of isolation and have no family, they called once and indicated they would call weekly.2 weeks went by so I reached out again asking. They called a couple days after that, and said that they would call weekly. That was just before Christmas. Its been over 3 weeks now..It's very painful, someone already feeling alone and isolated, to just be forgotten.
