I have a 3 year old truck camper that had a leaking roof. There was mould and rotting wood. Dale and Bruce at Kilby's RV Repair did a great job of replacing the damaged wood and restoring it with a new roof to be as good as new. They also did the job in good time. Early in the spring Kilby replaced my fireplace and repaired my furnace.at their location. The work was complete in a timely professional fashion, and at a reasonable price.Recently Dale & Bruce completed 2 projects at the trailer. One was to replace an awning arm, while the other was to replace the underbelly material, completed by only Bruce. All projects were completed in a timely fashion and to the highest quality with detail in mind. I would highly recommend them for any future RV projects. They are very customer oriented professional tradesman.

Thank you Dale and your staff for fixing our problem with our septic valve. Replacing it on our old Motorhome was a nightmare for us to try and do but Dale and his team got the job done and at a very affordable price. ! We took our older Class C into Kilby for some RV Engine black tank drain repairs. They did a great job, worked within our schedule and really took care of our rig.

I have had a truly excellent experience with Dale and Hannah. I had to have the transmission replaced in my Nissan Altima (one of the worst, most expensive repairs a car can need). The Nissan dealership in Ottawa had already quoted me $6 grand which I didn't have. After talking it over with Dale and Hannah, I booked an appointment and crossed my fingers. The bill came back for less than half of what the dealership wanted. I was thrilled! I am giving them all of my automotive business from now on. Great price and really nice people. And just up the street within walking distance from where I live. I'm so happy I found such a great place to take care of all my car's repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend them. Had an ongoing issue with our Class A motorhome. Dale and his team were able to diagnose the problem after 2 other local RV shops were unable to. Knowing we had a short timeline before heading south for the winter they were able to order a new air conditioner and have it installed. There was a minor issue with the install and Todd came out to our home and fixed the problem on his day off allowing us to depart on schedule. We were very happy with the work and especially the customer service we received.

We bought a lemon. Hannah, Dale and their team are nothing short of fabulous! They are thorough, honest and deliver outstanding customer service at a reasonable price. Go see them - they will take care of you.

Incredible outstanding RV repair service. In all the years owning an RV or a truck I have never ever had service that remotely compares to this. I called on a fri, they took me in on the day I wanted. The rv was there for an AC Diagnostic. Problem was quickly located, a new A/C was ordered on a Monday and on Fri the unit was in. They booked me in the fol Monday to instal the A/C. I surprised them with a small list of other things I wanted done. Slide room adjustment, electric brake service and they still did all of that within one day. Rv dealers should learn from this, never again will I try to have work done at a dealership . I bought two trailers within a 10 year time frame, when I called my selling dealer in Ottawa I was told it would take a couple of months to look at it and if parts were needed it might not be ready until next year.It’s a no brainer, use and support these independent shops you will be so happy with the service. It’s so refreshing, I’m still in disbelief.Big shout out to Hannah and her brother at Mikes Rv and Marine in Richmond.Thank you
