Cramped store but it's cramped with goodness and freshness. After discovering this store, I sometimes walk into Metro Plus , IGA and Walmart, just to get a good laugh at the prices of fruits and vegetables there. When I need to get those veggies in my system, this store's got my back!

I have been doing my grocery there for many years, this is just a wonderful spot to either to buy about anything you would need to cook/eat, and even the vegetables are cheaper than the closest iga.Inside it's pretty tight so people with a stroller be aware, it might stay outside. The owners are just wonderful people and the employees are friendly.I can only recommend!

Great selection considering the size! I've even found they carry a larger variety of high quality products than then Super C around the corner.

Friendly staff and excellent selection of quality food items at reasonable prices. They could have a better selection of meats, but this is not their priority; however yuppi foods abound (organic yogurt, coconut water, fermented beet juice, etc.). Quick and easy selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Great local grocery store! The prices are more than reasonable, and they have everything you need for your every day meals - fruit and veg, milk, yoghurt, cheese, some meats, and many canned goods. They sell beer and wine too. The lady at the cashier is always kind and smiling!

Great quality with a wide variety of local and organic products you can’t find elsewhere. I come around for Le Caveau prepared meals, La Fraisonnée jam (which I hope is on reorder), and Silver Hills Sprouted Power bread. Overall, prices are fair, selection is healthy and of high quality, and much better than the Super C or IGA in the area. Special shout out to the staff who make this store feel like your favorite neighbourhood coffee shop.

We happened by this place on our way to a nearby IGA, and stopped in to check out their produce, but we ended up getting everything we needed here. They have a surprisingly wide variety of grocery items, and very high quality produce. If you are in the area and looking for groceries, stop in here and support a local grocer instead of the chain store.

Everybody wishes they had a groceria this nice in their neighbourhood. The owners and staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Truly a neighbourhood place where you're remembered and greeted. The produce is super-fresh and the prices are reasonable. As well, there's an amazing amount of groceries in this modest space.

What a pleasant surprise! For a small market it is amazingly well stocked with a full range of grocery items. Great produce. Good prices. A cozy little food palace disguised as a corner store.
