Had to leave a message but got a call back in a reasonable time. Brad knew his stuff and solved problem confidently and efficiently. Billing was easy. Followed Covid protocols. Kept me informed of problem and what he was going to do to resolve it. Kept a neat work space.

Brian was awesome, he explained everything he was doing, showed me what our pipes looked like all the way into the city main in the street which was really cool, gave me a ton of tips to keep them in tip top condition as well as pointers for when we go away on vacation. I highly recommend Brian!

Tried and tried to reach Roto Rooter but he must have turned his phone off. Website said he was open but he was unavailable. Got a response today from Roto Rooter but there's no option here for a response to it so here's my response. yes, I did call during business hours, no I didn't leave a message because my call wasn't picked up. It was like your phone was turned off, I even sent my husband to the address listed but it's a residence. There was a van there but no contact info on it.

Basement was flooding everytime we used water anywhere in house. Called them, they were here a few hours later. Took about 30 minutes and all fixed. The employee was super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. Was only 175 bucks as well.

Absolutely loved the service we received from Dan at Roto-Rooter. I woke up this morning to our furnace not working. I called Dan and he made time to come out and 20 minutes had the furnace up and running. I’m so glad roto-rooter is not just available to sewer backups but all my plumbing and heating needs. Dan the new owner is a consummate professional. Thanks guys!
