I purchased a new TV screen and assistance setting the system up to include WiFi. The installation was fast and efficient and the installer walked me through the functions and how to troubleshoot the system. I had a glitch the next day and the tech suggested a fix via e-mail. It did the trick. Outstanding service! I highly recommend Musicworx fo your A/V needs.

Jim and Don are incredible to work with, had them set up my entire house. They give you great options and explain everything so you know the reasons why. They won't try and sell you something that you don't need or won't add value. Don does all the installation and is very thorough and again takes the time to explain how everything works. Even for non tech savvy people like myself. Whether you are working with a fresh canvas or adding equipment after the fact, they will develop a plan with several options. Plus their pricing and warranty surpassed the big box stores. Highly recommend.

I had a difficult rewiring job for outdoor speaker cable. The wiring expert Don was able to quickly analyze my needs, worked in the heat, and completed the job to 110% of my expectations. The sound system sounds better than ever now, and worth every penny spent. Thanks to the owner and Don, I'm loving my music again in the sun!

I’ve been working with Jim at Musicworx since 2006 - from dedicated multi-media room designs and custom installs to a basic TV purchase and wall mount. Jim’s professionalism and industry knowledge is always top notch. We’ve come to rely on his equipment recommendations and install budgets for all new purchases or upgrades. Most recently we worked with Jim and lead installer Don on the reinstallation of our equipment at our new home. The per unit installation costs came in lower than expected - our bill was significantly less than a friend’s who used the “big box” guys for the same number of installations! Thanks Jim and Don for the expert service and great pricing! Highly recommend.

My mom moved to Chilliwack a few years ago, and didn't have a sound system. Luckily, she found Musicworx, who helped her build an amazing sound system. One of the components stopped working after a few months, and they fixed that too! Every Christmas she buys herself more components for music in the house. I called to see if they had volume control for wall for my outside speakers. Instead of selling me the product he had he gave me advice on a better solution and saved me money. Jim basically troubleshot all of the potential issues in front of me and gave me advice on how to check the system. Extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone and he will get my business in the future.

We've been shopping at Musicworx for about 12yrs now going back to the purchase of our very first flat screen TV as a newlywed couple. The owners are fantastic and always helpful, often making recommendations that get us a better product and a better deal!! We were referred to them by family because we are now the THIRD generation to buy from them which tells you that they are definitely doing something right! I would highly recommend them! Called to ask for installation services and he said he was insulted that we bought our projector online and not with him. He told us: “Call Best Buy, see if they can help. I know they won’t, but why ask us for help if you’re not giving us business.” Actually, I was going to give you business, I was going to pay for installation of a screen.EDIT:Turns out the screen is faulty and we need a new one, I know where I’m NOT shopping. Good job.

I have been a customer of Musicworx in Chilliwack for 7 years. I used to avoid most independent retailers in this town as most I had dealt with for any business were just not good. Musicworx was and is the exception. I've purchased so many products from Jim over the years. This is what a small" "independent" business should be. Actually care about what you are looking for. Help you find the right product. Not try to oversell you and not treat you differently if you decide not to buy something. Not pushy on warranties. Just truly great.And he always takes care of his customers with price. I've never once paid retail price because he gives you the best deal he can give you to keep you as a customer.As for care and service
