Highly recommended. They came within 2 hours and took my old couch. Very competitive prices and very professional. A more environmentally friendly option as they recycle as much as they can instead of sending all to the landfill.

I filled out their online form to have an old boxspring taken away. The next day I received a call to book my pick up. They gave me a three hour window on a day that worked for me. The crew phoned me 20 min before arrival, forty minutes into my three hour window, and were in and out in less than five minutes. I have nothing but good things to say about this service. Thanks for carting that thing away!

Scheduling and payment was easy. Pickup was on-time, and they were in and out in 2 minutes. I feel better knowing my mattresses are going to be recycled instead of going to the landfill. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Everyone I dealt with was lovely, friendly and professional. all costs were clearly labelled on their website and confirmed via email before pickup. They came up to the apartment and moved my sofabed straight from my living room with no fuss and no problems! I will definitely go through them again!

Had 3 mattresses for recycling. Returned my call within a day. Booked me a few days away. Came in the window they said they would. Called when on their way. Guys were polite and wore masks. Were cheaper than other junk places. Pickup was by a1 problem solvers". Overall great."

I've dropped up and picked-up at BC Mattress recycling several times over the past 5 or 6 years. They are friendly, helpful and allow you to pick up materials, (I repurpose plastic foam sheets) in exchange for a donation. An excellent service!

Extremely valuable and well priced service, was a little surprised the pickup was contracted out to a couple of people with a pickup truck, but they were friendly and respectful. It took a little explaining to understand they were from the recycling firm. Perhaps company pins or badges would be helpful?
