WE've been doing business with Metro development for 11 years. Pauline and Ryan are the best when it comes to problems with building. they send technicians very quick to fix our problem even if it's not their responsibility Ryan will still send someone to fix it very quick or he will be there to take care of it. 11 years of satisfaction tenant. Disgusting organization, jacks up the rent prices of much loved businesses in NDG especially.For example, the St-Viateur Bagel on Monkland will be forced to close after 18 years of rich presence and contribution to NDG's neighborhood life because of the rent raise.Shame.

As a real estate professionnal myself I was expecting more from the receptionist service. Called to do a simple references check for a tenant applying in our building and she deliberately said to call back an other day instead of referring me to someone else. Very rude on the phone and ended up hanging up on me... Is this how you run your business?
